In the wake of his former wife’s recent troubles, Charlie Sheen is moving to gain full custody of his two children with Brooke Mueller, Bob and Max.
He’s not stopping there, either. Charlie is declaring legal war on Brooke and will not only ask a judge for full custody, but to cut off child support.
Sheen has been paying her $55,000 per MONTH to support the twin sons, who were born after the couple’s 2008 wedding (they split this winter).
Charlie’s lawyer, Mark Gross, just gave Brooke Mueller’s attorneys notice that he’s going to court tomorrow to try to change the custody

Perhaps this explains why Mel Gibson’s mug shot painted such a grumpy, serious picture of the man this week. He’s preparing for an all-out legal war.
The actor’s lawyers will appear in court Monday and ask the judge in his custody battle to award him sole custody of Lucia, according to court papers.
Mel pleaded no contest to battery last week, ending a year-long saga of nasty allegations from Lucia’s mother and Gibson’s ex, Oksana Grigorieva.

Squaring off with Oksana Grigorieva in their custody fight, Mel Gibson teared up on the stand Wednesday about how much he loves Lucia and his other children.
Mel’s voice cracked as he talked about the daughter he shares with Oksana, who was also present, during his testimony. Lucia just celebrated her first birthday.
Oksana wants Judge Scott Gordon to strip Mel of overnight visits with Lucia, saying whenever the baby stays the night at Mel’s, she comes back “acting funny.”
