Seriously NBC? This is what you come up with when redesigning the Wonder Woman outfit? It looks like the awful wrist cuffs, gold lasso and knee-high boots will all remain, even as the series attempts to reinvent itself for television.
The photo above, a first look at show star Adrianne Palicki in her new outfit for David E. Kelley’s retelling of Wonder Woman is quite awful for a 21st century show, however it does keep with the original design which should please comic book fans, while giving her a tighter pair of pants which should please male comic book fans.

Do you know what happens if you get nominated for an Academy Award? If you’re Javier Bardem and you were nominated for your role in Biutiful you immediatley receive an offer to star beside Daniel Craig in the next 007 film.
Bardem was approached last week with an offer to take on a role in the 23rd Bond film which will begin filming sometime in 2011.
The movie will be directed by Sam Mendes and while we know producers approached Bardem about the role at this time they have not revealed what that role will entail, although typically new actors are brought into the series for the villain’sMore >
(HMG Celebrity News) – New daddy Javier Bardem has been offered a starring role in the upcoming James Bond film opposite returning 007 Daniel Craig. Deadline Hollywood reports the role Bardom has been offered is being kept under wraps for now, but traditionally the biggest male role opposite 007 is the villain, and Bardem played a brilliant villain in his Oscar-winning turn in No Country For Old Men two years ago. It’s been all good news for Bardem of late, whose wife Penelope Cruz gave birth to a baby boy earlier this month, and on the same day, he was given his third Oscar nominationMore >

Christopher Nolan has revealed the title for the third installment in his Batman series. Slated for a summer 2012 release, it will be called The Dark Knight Rises. The director has also revealed one more tidbit about the wildly-anticipated film: The Riddler will NOT be the villain.

[HMG Celebrity News] – After ‘Batman: The Dark Knight’ grossed over $1-billion worldwide it was clear the movie’s director, Christopher Nolan, would be in charge of the sequel. And now that second chapter has a name ‘The Dark Knight Rises.’
The 40-year old London-born director is still being cagey about details of the next film, due out in 2012. But after acres of blog space and forum discussion about the possible villain, Christopher has confirmed one rumor is false:
“It won’t be the Riddler,” Nolan told the LA Times.
Another decision about the new movie should also bring relief to the lastMore >

Williams recently said he “would do Batman in a second” while adding:
“I’d play The Riddler in the next one, although it would be hard to top Heath Ledger as the villain and I’m a little hairy for tights.”
At 58-years-old Williams would be playing a slightly aged Riddler compared to the portrayal offered by Jim Carrey in the 90’s.
Williams has been offered the chance to play The Joker and The Riddler in the past, but was overlooked for the role. It can’t feel too great to beMore >

The Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky, whose season premiered last night, says she’s no longer feuding with nemesis Vienna Girardi. All together now … Phew.
Chris Harrison, the show’s pimp-in-chief, confirmed the hatchet burying at Dancing With the Stars (which aired right after The Bachelorette season premiere).
The two ladies, who famously clashed on The Bachelor while in competition for Jake Pavelka, even “hugged each other and, said ‘Hi,’” back stage at the taping.
“That’s one of the ways Ali has grown as a person,” Chris said.
