Who earned them after America selected two from each squad, and the coaches each selected one more to advance to the Top 12 show next Monday?
Let’s find out!
Right off the bat, Carson Daly announced there were inconsistencies in the voting, and that votes via text and online were not included in the voting results.
However, “removing votes did not affect the outcome.” Mmmkay.

In his personal life, it’s rather clear that Justin Bieber has found somebody to love once again: Selena Gomez.
In his professional life, however, the global superstar and his very good friend are now in legal trouble for allegedly NOT having somebody to love before Devin Copeland came along.
Allow us to explain…Somebody to Love
Copeland has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Bieber and Usher, claiming that the duo infringed on his copyright when releasing the 2010 smash single.
Copeland and writing partner Mareio Overton say they brought their track to Usher in 2008 andMore >
A judge may have ruled, but the legal battle between Usher and Tameka Foster appears to have no end in sight.
Late last month, the singer won primary custody of the two children he shares with Foster, only for his ex-wife to appeal the decision on the grounds that the judge was biased because Usher raised funds for his campaign in 2008.
And now Usher has filed a motion in response to that appeal.
In documents submitted last Wednesday, the artist urges the court to deny Foster’s request because it is “an assault on the integrity of the court.”
He argues that the granting of a new custodyMore >
It’s been long and it’s been ugly, but for Usher Raymond, it’s all been worth it:
A judge has awarded the singer primary custody of the two children he shares with ex-wife Tameka Foster.
The case has gone back and forth for months, with Foster alleging that Usher was an irresponsible father who took drugs in front of his kids. Accusations of infidelity, inattentiveness and a great deal of name-calling have also been tossed around by both sides. Usher even cried once on the witness stand.
But the court has now sided with Usher and the former couple’s sons will spend a majority of time withMore >
Tragic news today for Usher and his estranged ex-wife, Tameka Foster:
Kyle Glover, Tameka’s 11-year old son from a previous relationship, has been taken off life support and has passed away two weeks after suffering irreversible brain damage in a jet skiing accident.
The fatal injury occurred on Lake Lanier in Atlanta on July 8, as Kyle was riding on an inner tube when he was struck by a passer-by in a jet ski. That individual is named Jeffrey S. Hubbard and is in under investigation for his actions.
Doctors quickly determined that Kyle was medically brain dead and he had been on lifeMore >
The sad situation in which Usher now finds himself with ex-wife Tameka Foster may soon grow a lot sadder:
According to TMZ sources, Foster may be forced to take her 11-year old son off life support as early as next month, with medical bills piling up and her insurance company only promising to pay them for a set period of time.
The tragedy by now has been well-documents:
Kyle Glover was placed in a coma and considered medically brain dead last week, following a jet skiing accident in which his inner tube was struck by an oncoming vehicle.

Usher and Tameka Foster have been squaring off in court for weeks now, but a tragedy over the weekend will likely cause a ceasefire between the former couple.
Kyle Glover, Foster’s 11-year old son and Usher’s stepson, has been declared brain dead by doctors following a jet skiing accident on Saturday.
The tragic incident took place on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, as Kyle was struck by the vehicle while riding in an inner tube. He was immediately taken to the hospital and placed in critical condition.

Here’s a different take on a hit song by an artist you didn’t see coming – and unlike the 96 “Call Me Maybe” covers out there, requires actual talent!
Usher took on Foster the People’s “Pumped Up Kicks” as part of his Live Lounge Special on BBC’s Radio 1, showing off his surprising musical range.
He even played bass guitar himself on the track! For a man known for his sexy R&B tunes, Usher’s not half bad when it comes to electro indie-rock.
Watch him do Foster the People proud below:

Usher is NOT dead, despite Twitter reports to the contrary.
The star is alive and well … and really ripped, apparently!
The R&B sensation became the latest “victim” of the lame and morbid trend of creating fake celebrity death stories and watching the rumors spread like wildfire online.
Way to go, hoax starters and people re-tweeting them! You really proved your point, or something! Anyway, Usher quickly assured us there’s no need to worry:
“I must’ve died and went to heaven… Alive and cold kickin ass!!” he tweeted, along with a photo showing off his shirtless, buff bod, adding: “Livin’More >
Are you ready to listen to Usher climax, THG readers?
The sexy singer has released the first song off his upcoming album, and it’s got a titled alluring enough to make any fan swoon.
Produced by Ariel Rechtshaid, Redd Stylez and Diplo the track is now available on iTunes and all digital providers and will be included on Usher’s next CD, which hits stores later this year. Take a listen to “Climax” now, try to refrain from our kind of infantile humor and sound off: What do you think?
Tameka Foster is intent on proving that Usher is an unfit father.
The singer’s ex-wife filed papers in court last week that allege a number of indiscretions by Usher, most of them based on the way he has treated Tameka, not the way he has been toward his two sons.
But now Foster is raising the accusatory ante, demanding a judge force Usher to take a drug test ASAP because she believes he’s been popping pills around the pair’s children. Usher has refused to take this bait so far, deeming his ex’s claims to be “frivolous and unfounded,” merely meant to “harass and embarrass” the artist.
The ex-wife of Usher is determined to make this anything but a happy holiday season for the ab-tastic artist.
Tameka Raymond – who split from the singer in June 2009 – has filed documents in a Georgia court that ask the judge to strip Usher of physical custody of the former couple’s two children. On what grounds?
Based on legal papers obtained by TMZ, some that are possibly understandable… and others that are downright ridiculous. Tameka alleges:
- That Usher is obligated to get her approval prior to hiring nannies, but has failed to do so.
- That Usher must give her the option of watching

Tameka Foster is out, and Grace Miguel is in… charge of Usher, sources tell The New York Post.
Miguel, 43, is a former Def Jam executive who started dating the hip hop star a few months after he split from Foster. An insider says she’s calling all the shots in Usher’s career these days, convincing him to fire agent Mark Cheatham, for example. Stylists, choreographers and tour managers may be next.
“Usher will do whatever she wants him do right now,” a source told the newspaper of Miguel, while someone close to Cheatham adds: “Mark is really upset. He’s been with him from the beginning. HeMore >
