The Top 12 finalists have been announced on The Voice.
Monday, Team Usher and Team Adam squared off. Tuesday, it was Team Blake and Team Shakira. Four members per team, vying for three spots.
Who earned them after America selected two from each squad, and the coaches each selected one more to advance to the Top 12 show next Monday?

Right off the bat, Carson Daly announced there were inconsistencies in the voting, and that votes via text and online were not included in the voting results.

Usher Fires Back a "Vile" Ex-Wife

A judge may have ruled, but the legal battle between Usher and Tameka Foster appears to have no end in sight.
Late last month, the singer won primary custody of the two children he shares with Foster, only for his ex-wife to appeal the decision on the grounds that the judge was biased because Usher raised funds for his campaign in 2008.
And now Usher has filed a motion in response to that appeal.
In documents submitted last Wednesday, the artist urges the court to deny Foster’s request because it is “an assault on the integrity of the court.”

Tragic news today for Usher and his estranged ex-wife, Tameka Foster:
Kyle Glover, Tameka’s 11-year old son from a previous relationship, has been taken off life support and has passed away two weeks after suffering irreversible brain damage in a jet skiing accident.
The fatal injury occurred on Lake Lanier in Atlanta on July 8, as Kyle was riding on an inner tube when he was struck by a passer-by in a jet ski. That individual is named Jeffrey S. Hubbard and is in under investigation for his actions.

The sad situation in which Usher now finds himself with ex-wife Tameka Foster may soon grow a lot sadder:
According to TMZ sources, Foster may be forced to take her 11-year old son off life support as early as next month, with medical bills piling up and her insurance company only promising to pay them for a set period of time.
The tragedy by now has been well-documents:
Kyle Glover was placed in a coma and considered medically brain dead last week, following a jet skiing accident in which his inner tube was struck by an oncoming vehicle.

Tameka Foster Demands Drug Test for Usher

Tameka Foster is intent on proving that Usher is an unfit father.
The singer’s ex-wife filed papers in court last week that allege a number of indiscretions by Usher, most of them based on the way he has treated Tameka, not the way he has been toward his two sons.
But now Foster is raising the accusatory ante, demanding a judge force Usher to take a drug test ASAP because she believes he’s been popping pills around the pair’s children. Usher has refused to take this bait so far, deeming his ex’s claims to be “frivolous and unfounded,” merely meant to “harass and embarrass” the artist.
