Janet Jackson and Lady Antebellum’s Concerts Cancelled after Stage Collapse Kills 5

Concerts of big name artists Janet Jackson and Lady Antebellum have been cancelled by the authorities after a stage collapsed at one of the weekend’s concerts in India, taking the lives of five people.
Jackson was scheduled to perform on Wednesday’s state fair, while Lady Antebellum were expected to entertain their fans on Friday.
But a concert planned for Thursday, featuring Maroon 5 and Train will take place at the Conseco Fieldhouse, but all the earnings will go to the remembrance fund for the benefit of the weekend’s victims.

That much is obvious from Ashley Judd’s allegations of incest and sexual abuse suffered as a child. Not by Naomi, per se, but on her train wreck mom’s watch.

Hours after Lindsay Lohan nixed a plea deal that would have ended her felony theft case with a light sentence, her lawyer was talking a good game.

Who knows if it will persuade the D.A., but a surveillance video at least partially backs up Lindsay Lohan’s account of her infamous, alleged jewel thievery.
The accused felon was in no hurry to bolt Kamofie & Company the day she allegedly ganked the thing, blabbing with the owner for a bit before peacing out.
According to sources who have watched the tape, Lohan wore the $2,500 necklace she’s accused of stealing almost the entire time she was in the store.

As expected and as reported earlier, Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers made a plea bargain offer to Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer in chambers this morning.
That offer was six month in jail. Lindsay passed.
Judge Keith Schwartz said in court that he had a feeling her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley would pass on the D.A.’s offer. He was correct.

Lindsay Lohan Dodges Bullet, Sent Back to Rehab

Lindsay Lohan dodged a major bullet this morning when Judge Elden Fox ordered her back to rehab until at least January 3, but spared her more jail time.
The troubled star is due back in court February 25, and will be subject to random drug testing in between her release from rehab until that court date.
If Lindsay does not test positive for drugs or alcohol, her sentence will be converted to unsupervised probation. So if she stays clean, problem solved.
