Here’s the deal. By pleading no contest to misdemeanor theft, it’s likely LiLo won’t see an uptick in her 120-day sentence for violating probation.
If that takes pace, once she serves 120 days, she’s off the hook. However …

Howard Stern appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman last night and stayed true to a vow he made earlier in the day:
The radio host simply went off on Jay Leno. Saying he follows the late night talk show wars like “The Torah,” Stern referred to The Tonight Show host as someone “horrible” with “no talent.”

Gov. Schwarzenegger Tells Jay Leno: ‘No One Cares If You Smoke A Joint Or Not’ (VIDEO)

(HMG Celebrity News) – California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appeared on NBC’s “Tonight Show” on Monday and told Jay Leno Monday night that it was the wording and perhaps a bill that he recently signed that brought down Prop 19. Acting and speaking with the freedom of an outgoing politician he signed SB 1449, into law five weeks ago, a bill which reduces the state’s punishment for possession of up to an ounce of marijuana. The maximum penalty is now $100, with no arrest or criminal record, which Schwarzenegger equated to “a speeding ticket.”

The two have great chemistry and a long history that is reminiscent of Johnny Carson and Ed McMahon. Richter and O’Brien first joined forces in 1993 on NBC’s “Late Night with Conan O’Brien,” until 2009.
