He famously stuck his finger in the peanut butter many years ago as a cast member on Real World: San Francisco, but now David Rainey is in serious trouble.
The man best known as “Puck” kicked off his stint in prison this month, following a No Contest plea in April to charges of stalking.
TMZ reports that Rainey committed the crime on February 22, though details behind it are unclear at the moment.
He was sentenced to over a year in prison, however, which implies a court order violation of some kind.

Former political figure and current professional celebrity Sarah Palin is asking an Alaska judge to extend the restraining orders against her two stalkers.
Shawn and Craig Christy, a father and son from Pennsylvania, were jailed in Alaska back in August for threatening to kill Sarah, her family and friends.
Sarah Palin had obtained restraining orders against the men, but they will expire in November. Thus her formal request to extend the order into 2012.

Halle Berry called 911 twice this weekend, both times because a suspicious man was spotted on her property.
The first incident took place on Saturday, as police arrived at Berry’s Los Angeles home after someone leaped over her home’s protective wall and was lurking in the front yard. Guests ran out to confront him, but the intruder fled.
A similar incident developed yesterday. Berry was actually at her kitchen window and spotted a man just staring at her, holding a book. Once again, though, the unwanted man was gone by the time cops – and even a helicopter! – answered Berry’s call.

Karen Sjoden Arrested for Trespassing at Ellen’s, Obsessed with Hillary Clinton and Dolph Lundgren

Karen Sjoden, a 49-year old who claimed she was working as a private investigator, was arrested early yesterday morning for trespassing on the property of Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.
Police say the woman was discovered hiding under cushions on the couple’s deck at approximately 5 a.m., with a spokesman adding: “She was placed under private person’s arrest and was transported and booked at BHPD for trespassing and prowling.”
Bail has been set at $200,000.

Lindsay Lohan personally called 911 after a “high speed chase” with members of the celebrity gossip media, according to a source close to the star.
“Scared and frustrated” with the paparazzi’s attention, Lohan pleaded for help and the LAPD Pacific Division responded at the scene in Venice Beach.
