Justin Bieber Hits 25 Million Twitter Followers
Okay, we finally admit it: Justin Bieber is more popular than we are.
The artist achieved a long-awaited goal last week, 25 million Twitter followers, actually blowing past the mark by a few thousand and thanking his fans in the process.
“25 sittin on 25 mill #drakelyrics #motto,” Biebs said to his Beliebers.
Justin, of course, remains insanely popular even in the face of a few recent hiccups.
He placed other motorists in danger earlier this month when he pushed down on the gas pedal during a paparazzi chase, and he was also sued by a woman who claims his concert effects were too

Charlie Sheen has made it the tiniest bit harder to hate him now.

It’s a record donation from one individual.

If you thought Tweeting birthday wishes to Rihanna was the most talked-about thing Chris Brown would do all day on social media, you thought wrong!
WWE heavyweight champion CM Punk and the hot-tempered R&B singer have been going at it on Twitter. It’s safe to say you could call punk a “hater.”
Punk randomly tweeted that he wants to “curb stomp” Brown at an upcoming WWE event, so Brown can “fight somebody that can defend themselves.”
Brown caught wind of the tweet … and decided to fire back.
He wrote: “@CMpunk needs more followers. Such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it

Should Ryan Gosling be the Sexist Man Alive instead of Bradley Cooper?
Protesters from celebrity gossip / social media site BuzzFeed demonstrated on behalf of that cause yesterday, picketing outside People magazine headquarters.
About 15 people in Gosling masks voiced opposition to the publication naming Bradley Cooper the Sexiest Man Alive earlier this week, saying they are “devastated.”
They’ve also started a Pro-Gosling People Magazine Protest on Facebook. Clearly the man can make a strong case, but no love for Cooper? C’mon, he’s no slouch.
Let’s put it to a vote: Which of the two

Pastor cautioned all the potential panelists that they were going to have to take care to avoid any outside information about the trial – especially online.
So no reading entertainment news sites? We feel so hurt.

After taking a beating at the hands of Facebook and others, Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. has just agreed to sell the floundering social site, MySpace to Specific Media for just $35-million.
News Corp. bought the ailing, Santa Monica-based social hub in 2005 for $580-million and its value climbed to $1-billion+ during the birth of the social media boom. But flagrant mismanagement meant they lost ground to Facebook and it never came back.
By comparison, Facebook is now valued at $65-billion.
Those close to the deal say News Corp were initially seeking a price closer to $100-million but settled
