Lindsay Lohan Cleared in Rehab Fisticuffs

Lindsay Lohan can cross one thing off her list of legal worries.
Officials with the Riverside County District Attorney are not filing charges against the star for her December 12 altercation with Dawn Holland in rehab.
The case was dropped “due to insufficient evidence” against LiLo, who was accused by Holland, then a Betty Ford Center employee, of all sorts of stuff.
After she allegedly caught the actress drinking and violating curfew, Holland claimed Lohan threw a phone at her, a charge that Lindsay later denied.

Lindsay Lohan slept with Samantha Ronson the other night.
She hasn’t commented on the nature of that sleepover, but she is firing back at reports that she fell off the wagon when she met Sam out on Thursday night.
“The reports i was at teddys are inaccurate. I was just at roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend,” she said of the late rendezvous.
Her hard-partying days are over, Lindsay swears.
And furthermore, Lohan Tweeted, “i take my sobriety seriously. please dont believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldnt risk probation. xoxo L”

Jason Davis: Arrested For Drug Possession!

Jason Davis, famous substance abuser and (apparently failed) Celebrity Rehab cast member, got popped for drug possession in Newport Beach, Calif., last night.
The grandson of Marvin Davis and brother of Brandon “Greasy Bear” Davis, J.D. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. It’s not clear which.

Brooke Mueller Checks into Sober Living Facility, Reality Show Unaffected

The mother of Brooke Mueller has confirmed that her child is still battling with substance abuse problems.
In fact, Moira Fiore says Mueller has checked herself into a sober living facility for about the next two weeks.
“She is struggling with her sobriety and we are going away on a cruise so we feel better that she will be there while we are gone,” says Fiore. “It is a facility for very wealthy people trying to fight addictions. Brooke is really trying to get her life back.”
Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound as though Brooke is as happy and healthy as she previously claimed.
