According to reports, the Transformers 3 star been a constant irritation at a suburban L.A. sports bar recently thanks to his drunken, violent behavior.

LaBeouf who has said in the past that he is “very serious” about his career and has made “a calculated effort to stay away from the party scene, apparently does his drinking at a local bar called Mad Bulls Tavern in Sherman Oaks, CA. Somehow LaBeouf was placed in handcuffs after a fight at a bar last night, but was eventually released.

Oksana Grigorieva claims that Mel Gibson is in contempt of court by not coughing up more child support. He could be facing jail time if a judge agrees.
The Russian musician’s legal team filed the legal motion Thursday, asking a Los Angeles judge to order him to pay $20,000 a month in child support.
The couple shares a daughter, Lucia, who turns one tomorrow. Mel is not allowed to see her on her birthday. Now Oksana would like him in jail, too.
If found guilty at a November 10 hearing, Mel could be jailed.

[HMG Celebrity News] – Chris Klein has gotten off with the minimum for a second DUI offender — 96 hours in jail (time he has already served), after he was busted again on suspicion of driving while drunk.
This time around Chris was caught at 3.13am on the 101 Freeway near Sherman Oaks, where the police report says he was;
“Observed weaving from the #3 lane into the #2 and #4 lane, westbound at Woodman Ave.”

Mel Gibson’s phone calls and voicemails have painted a picture of the actor we’ll never be able to forget. It’s amazing that people with such hatred and anger issues exist in this world at all, let alone that one is an all-time movie star.
The menacing tone and remarks during approximately 30 calls he made to Oksana Grigorieva February 18 provide ample proof that he abused her, she claims. That’s debatable, but the guy clearly needs some serious help.

Okay, that’s a lie, but it might as well be true. Just look at this girl! Exceeding her own lofty fashion standards, Brit went to Crate & Barrel in Sherman Oaks, Calif., yesterday and man. She’s having some major extension woes these days.
You’d think with approximately $700,000 a month in earnings, one could pull herself together a little more. Then again, at least she’s not going crazy … we think. Plus, she wore a bra for once, so it wasn’t all bad on the style front. Small victories!
