[HMG Celebrity Gossip] – When a story of Britney Spears allegedly exposing herself to an assistant first surfaced in June, no-one believed it. But the assistant, Fernando Flores has now filed a lawsuit.

Scheduled to be filed in LA’s Superior Court later today the suit obtained by TMZ alleges that Britney made “repeated unwanted sexual advances” toward the 29-year former cop by exposing herself in front of him. One one occasion the suit claims that;

“She walked close by Flores, intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter, bent to retrieve it and thereby exposed herself to him.”  The lawsuit
