(HMG) – In a career repeatedly nourished by publicity stunts, even Perez Hilton may have now gone too far – The fame-loving blogger posted a tasteless photo of Miley Cyrus to his Twitter account Sunday that could finally see him facing charges.
The photo, which shows the still 17-year old Cyrus climbing out of a convertible in a short white dress sans underwear, which left her privates exposed, was posted to his Twitter account by Hilton at 11.08pm Sunday.
“If you are easily offended, do NOT click here Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!” it reads.

Even if you take NFL legend Lawrence Taylor at his word about merely masturbating in front of a 16-year-old girl and not having relations with her, that’s still shady.
It’s also still criminal behavior.
Taylor’s rape defense he could still mean ending up a registered sex offender.
