Samantha Ronson Formally Charged With DUI

Samantha Ronson has been officially charged with two misdemeanors after her DUI joyride the other morning en route home to L.A. from Las Vegas.
The San Bernardino County D.A. hit Samantha with two charges – driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08.
If convicted, Sam faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, however, a first offendes (which Ronson is) will almost always get probation.
Just not Jalen Rose, apparently. Crazy. Anyway, check out Sam’s awesome mug shot from last week once again below! Cop an attitude much?
Paz de la Huerta Arrested for Glass, Fist Hurling

Paz de la Huerta was involved in an altercation with Samantha Swetra Sunday night.
The Boardwalk Empire actress and The City star attended a party at The Standard Hotel, with sources telling TMZ the former started to hit on the latter’s date. When Swetra remarked on how drunk de la Huerta appeared to be, she responded by throwing a drink and a fist into Samantha’s face.
Insiders say shards of the glass became lodged in Swetra’s leg, while Lindsay Lohan – yes, she was actually around for the incident – assisted Samantha and Paz was escorted out by security.

[HMG Celebrity News] – Those of you who admire Paz de la Huerta on HBO’s ‘Boardwalk Empire.’ probably won’t want to read this – Paz got arrested last night and is now due in court after allegedly attacking a friend with a glass.
Reports say the 26-year old New York-born actress crossed swords with Samantha Swetra [MTV's 'City'] during a party at the Standard Hotel on Washington Street in New York last Sunday. Sources say she was flirting with Sam’s male companion and Sam got defensive.

(HMG Celebrity News) – Cynthia Nixon and her partner of seven years, Christine Marinoni, have welcomed a baby boy, PEOPLE reports. Marinoni, an education activist who began dating the ‘Sex and the City’ actress in 2004, gave birth to son Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni on Monday. Marinoni’s rep says of the new mom, “Christine and baby are doing great.” Nixon, 44, and Marinoni, 43, announced their engagement in 2009, and intend to wed when gay marriage becomes legal in New York. Nixon, has two children Samantha, 14, and Charles, 8, with former partner Danny Mozes.
