As if there weren’t enough reasons to love Kate Middleton, she’s decided to ditch plans to hire a personal housekeeper and dresser, reports say.
All in the name of living royal – and married – life more simply.
She was planning to hire a joint housekeeper and dresser to serve her and Prince William in their home, but recently jettisoned those plans.
Her reasoning? She just doesn’t feel she needs one.
The couple’s private secretary, Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, told reporters the household will be reassessing what’s needed toward the end of the year.

Kate Middleton Evening Gown: Simply Stunning

Having married Prince William earlier Friday in the wedding of the millennium, Kate Middleton changed into a stunning evening gown for the royal reception.
Like Kate Middleton’s wedding dress, this gown looked nothing short of perfect for a duchess, and was custom designed by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen.
Burton said of her design experience: “Alexander McQueen’s designs are all about bringing contrasts together to create startling and beautiful clothes.”
We’d say that worked pretty well in this case, wouldn’t you?

One of many burning Royal Wedding questions ever since Kate Middleton and Prince William got engaged has been who will design the bride’s dress.
Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood have been rumored, but their modern aesthetics may not be appropriate for the regal, April 29 affair.
Now, several news outlets are reporting that Kate Middleton has settled upon Sophie Cranston, a 34-year-old who previously worked for McQueen.

T-Mobile has released a Royal Wedding entrance dance video starring a faux Prince William, Kate Middleton, Queen Elizabeth, Camilla, Prince Charles et al.
William and Kate don’t wed for another 11 days, and will likely enter more formally, but these lookalikes have already danced their way into our hearts.

When Prince William and fiance Kate Middleton wed later this year they will more than likely honeymoon in Britain’s Scilly Islands.
According to reports, the couple plan to spend their first week as husband and wife at the island.
The report comes from two different UK sources, however at this time Buckingham Palace is remaining mum on the details for the honeymoon which will occur immediately following the April 29 wedding set to take place at Westminster Abbey in London.

It’s official, Prince William and Kate Middleton will officially wed on April 29 2011 at Westminster Abbey.
The royal family made the announcement on Tuesday morning after a bit of drama and a lot of speculation.
West Minster Abbey is the wedding place of Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Ann and Prince Andrew. The Abbey is also the spot of Princess Diana’s funeral.
With room for more than 2,000 people we should expect to see a lavish wedding from the couple with plenty of celebrity sightings.
