When Marcus McArthur started ripping up a rejection letter in front of his 8-month old son, he probably never imagined he would land on the Today show.
That’s what 5.9 million views on YouTube will do for you, though!
“All of a sudden, he burst out laughing next to me, which is great; it really lifted my spirits,” Marcus recalled of the video above. “I turned and thought, ‘Oh, I’ll grab my camera and tape it to send to mom at work.’ He just went crazy.”

Getting turned down from a job typically isn’t a lot of fun, but the father of an eight-month-old recently found a silver lining when he tore up a rejection letter.
You never know what little kids are going to laugh at, but who would have guessed simply ripping a sheet of paper would result in a LOL-tastic experience?
