An event-filled month for Charlie Sheen turned especially noteworthy yesterday, as the actor reached a custody agreement with ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
Details were not disclosed, but Muller is expected to drop her restraining order and Sheen will soon have access again to sons Bob and Max. (Side note: pray for sons Bob and Max.) Said the two sides’ attorneys in a joint statement:

Two years after making contact with her so severely that she lost consciousness and he nearly landed in jail, Chris Brown is free to contact Rihanna again.
A judge just lifted the restraining order prohibiting Brown from going near Rihanna, so long as he does not harass, annoy, or molest his former girlfriend.
Brown appeared in court in L.A., where a judge replaced Rihanna’s restraining order with a less-severe Level One order, stipulating the terms above.

Rihanna is cool with Chris Brown being in contact with her again.
Let’s be clear in that it’s unclear just how much contact they plan on having. But her lawyer says she would like the restraining order against Brown lifted, which would enable him to get close to her again without risking getting thrown in jail.
Whatever the motivation, she’s come a long way since 2009.
Brown requested the court drop the restraining order recently.

Amber Portwood Restraining Order: Lifted!

Break out the champagne. Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is no longer subject to a No Contact Order barring her from communication with Gary Shirley.
The on-off/often-sparring couple are finally allowed to talk and hang out again after an Indiana judge modified the restraining order against Portwood.
But there’s a major catch. The judge is refusing to allow Gary and Amber to be around their daughter, Leah, at the same time. Probably for the best.

Chris Brown Wants Rihanna Restraining Order Lifted

Chris Brown is looking to get the restraining order against him lifted. It’s been in place since he pummeled Rihanna senseless prior to the 2009 Grammys.
His lawyer, Mark Geragos, told Judge Patricia Schnegg that Brown did 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling and requested that the order be lifted.
“It makes it difficult at award shows and such,” Geragos said.
GOOD DAYS: Now other guys take and leak Rihanna topless pics. Shame.
Judge Schnegg did not immediately grant his request but did suggest a modification of it, pending the approval of Rihanna’s attorney, David Etra.

The stalker who was arrested outside the home of Disney stars AJ and Aly Michalka decided to plead not guilty today to one felony count for stalking and six misdemeanor counts for violating a previous court order to stay away from the girls.
The stalker, 25-year-old Ceasar Brantley was told to stay away from the Disney Stars several months ago when an initial restraining order was filed.
TMZ obtained the restraining order which claimed that Ceasar was an “obessed fan” who wanted to marry Aly “no matter what.”
Brantley is required to return to court on June 30th.
