(HMG) – Lindsay Lohan is off the hook on her alcohol sniffing bracelet going off during  an MTV Movie award after-party.    It turns out it was a false alarm because tests conducted after Lindsay was court ordered to pee in a cup afterward, showed her to be clean.  In other positive news TMZ reports it’s increasingly likely Lindsay will be in full compliance with her alcohol education classes by the next court hearing — July 6, so if she can stay sober it looks like she could avoid jailtime.  Sometimes I think it’s Lindsay’s parents that should be locked up for their foolish behavior, not to
