(HMG Celebrity News) – Taking on another dramatic role, New York magazine reports Bill Murray is set to portray polio-afflicted politician president Franklin Delano Roosevelt in an upcoming adaptation titled “Hyde Park on the Hudson to be directed by Morning Glory’s Roger Michell.” Oddly the production will be bankrolled by Film4, who apparently passed on funding The King’s Speech in their eagerness to get this film which also features King George VI. Charlie Sheen Rant Hits The Web: Two And A Half Men Production Cancelled For Rest Of Season

The cast and crew of hit CBS series Two and A Half Men have packed up and headed home for the rest of the production season after a rant by Charlie Sheen reached the web.
The show was already on temporary shutdown while Charlie Sheen was suppose to be receiving help for his drug addiction among other personal problems.
The show was scheduled to start shooting again on Tuesday however CBS execs now say the earliest new shows will air will be September.

Britney Spears Music Video: Dancing Double Alert!

Britney Spears’ forthcoming video for “Hold It Against Me” is being heralded as genius by its choreographer. That may be true … she’s just not in all of it.
According to TMZ, citing a source close to the production, the singer couldn’t nail the routines, so a dance double stepped in to do the difficult legwork.
Jonas Akerlund, the director, was upset that Britney hadn’t practiced enough so he asked her dance-double – Allison Kyler – to fill in. Things got heated.
Britney supposedly left the “Hold It Against Me” set crying as a result.
Naturally, Britney’s camp flatly denies this story.

The snitch claims 33-year old Ben [seen here]was so obsessed with Ms. Portman he ignored all the other dancers who worked on the set.

Leonardo DiCaprio, through his production company, has won the rights to Legacy of Secrecy:The Long Shadow of the JFK Assassination a book that claims the mafia was at the heart of John F. Kennedy’s 1963 assassination.
Reps for DiCaprio confirmed the actors purchased of the books rights which will be produced by Warner Bros.

That’s right, the former President of the United States will make an appearance in The Hangover 2, which is now filming in Thailand, a Clinton source reports.
Clinton shot his brief appearance Saturday in Bangkok, where part of the production takes place, and where he was delivering a speech on clean energy.
I feel your pain … hangovers are the worst!

It looks like Mel Gibson will actually be starring in something other than crass phone meltdowns again soon. The actor will have a cameo in The Hangover 2.
The troubled actor “will make a cameo as a tattoo artist. Filming is taking place on the Warner Bros. lot, and Mel is expected to film his role in two weeks.”
A Bangkok set has been constructed in L.A, but the production will move to Thailand to film on location there the end of October. Sans Mel, of course.
