His professional life, that is. The topic of Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders was never broached once.
Instead, Pattinson delved into various topics related to Cosmopolis, the David Cronenberg-directed drama in which the actor stars as billionaire Eric Parker.
Most of the movie takes place inside a limo, with Pattinson’s character on the way to get a haircut. This, of course, led to the inevitable question: has Robert ever peed inside a car?

As previously reported, the actor Robert Pattinson laughed through an appearance on The Daily Show last night. He even ate some ice cream with host Jon Stewart.
He then attended the red carpet premiere of Cosmopolis.

Following the announcement that Robert Pattinson had scheduled his first post-scandal interview with that ABC program, Comedy Central has now stepped in to make a correction:
The Twilight Saga stud will actually sit across from Jon Stewart on Monday’s edition of The Daily Show.
The appearance was booked far in advance, as part of Pattinson’s promotion of Cosmopolis, but given the nature of this comedic series, it’s hard not to wonder if Stewart won’t at least make some reference to another famous Stewart.

Reporter Carlos Greer tells People that the actor is “heartbroken and angry,” while sources spill to the magazine that “he’s been drinking and relying on friends to deal with the pain.”

A few days after word spread that Robert Pattinson was being considered for the role of Finnick Odar – a Hunger Games character with whom this actor shares nary a physical trait – in Catching Fire, the handsome star has come out and made it clear:

According to Movie Fanatic, the Twilight Saga star is under consideration for the role of Finnick Odair in Catching Fire, the wildly anticipated sequel to The Hunger Games.
Finnick is described in Suzanne Collins’ novel as a ridiculously handsome former champion of the competition at the center of the triology’s story. He’s muscular, tan and blonde-haired (doesn’t exactly sound like R. Patt, does it?) and he harbored a troubled personal life.

Congratulations are in order for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart! They’re married! Sort of!
At a press conference in Stockholm, Sweden today, the actor – who is touring Europe alongside Ashley Greene in order to promote Breaking Dawn – joked with reporters about that film’s wildly-anticipated wedding ceremony.
“The wedding scene’s funny because we used a real priest,” Rob said. “So technically we are already married because he did all the things you would do in a normal ceremony.”
Wow. That was fast. Stewart only first confirmed the relationship this month.

Robert Pattinson hasn’t been shy in admitting he is so over Twilight, but we never expected the British actor to even consider joining Team Jacob.
We’re kidding. Rob’s character in Water for Elephants is named Jacob, though. Pretty funny, although he says he never realized the coincidence.
Another strange thing he never thought about? Playing Reese Witherspoon’s son in a movie role back in 2004, then playing her love interest now!

OMG. It’s Kristen Stewart’s birthday today – her 21st no less!
The Los Angeles native racked up an impressive number of film and TV credits before 2008, but it was then that Twilight launched her into mega-stardom.
She’s come a long way since those early brooding, awkward days. Okay, those days are still here, but a little less prevalent for the burgeoning A-lister.
With Breaking Dawn set to end the saga, she has a long, bright future ahead of her … hopefully with co-star Robert Pattinson by her side throughout.
