Justin Bieber in High-Speed Paparazzi Chase, Cited for Reckless Driving

Justin Bieber was involved in both a dangerous and illegal situation this afternoon, and it all went down on the 101 in Los Angeles.
As first reported by TMZ, the artist was pulled over for speeding and reckless driving after L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zine – a witness and former LAPD patrolman – spotted Justin barreling down the freeway in his Fisker Karma, allegedly over 100 miles per hour.
Zine believes Bieber should have been arrested on the spot.

The hotel heiress took a rough tumble after being caught in a parking lot scuffle with paparazzo Billy Barerra. The fight broke out at Katy Perry’s Part of Me after-party where Paris Hilton allegedly attacked the photographer as she tried to take his camera.
According to Barerra- “Paris was acting like she was on drugs. I know drugs, I’ve seen a lot of people on them, and Paris is one of them.”

Two weeks ago Kelsey Grammer’s divorce to Camille Grammer was made official and now he’s moved on to wife number four, 29-year-old Kayte Walsh.
The couple married in a ceremony held at Longacre Theatre in New York City on Friday afternoon. Grammer wore a tuxedo with black pants and a white shirt, while being accompanies by eight body guards who carried giant black and white umbrellas to shield him from the paparazzi, while Kayte wore a Peter Langner for Mark Ingram gown.

Troubled actor Charlie Sheen has not checked into rehab and apparently his neighbors have become so sick of his antics that they want him to move out of their upscale Mulholland Hills neighborhood.
A source at Access Hollywood says that Sheen headed to Malibu on Friday where he was suppose to check into a treatment facility to receive help for his cocaine and alcohol addictions. However, instead of checking in for treatment, Sheen went home and spent the night at his own residence.

Lindsay Lohan Calls 911 on Shady Photographer

Lindsay Lohan personally called 911 after a “high speed chase” with members of the celebrity gossip media, according to a source close to the star.
“Scared and frustrated” with the paparazzi’s attention, Lohan pleaded for help and the LAPD Pacific Division responded at the scene in Venice Beach.
What they found was a “very, very minor incident” however.
No charges were filed, but Lindsay was shaken up.
According to Lohan’s camp, the altercation was so serious she is considering asking her lawyer to go to court in a bid to get a restraining order.
