Jessica Simpson’s fiancé Eric Johnson gave her three-stone ruby engagement ring, but he didn’t take her out to a fancy meal or plan a get away to give her the stone, instead he hid the ring inside a pair of shoes and then had her pause the show Parenthood so he could propose to her.
Simpson told SIRIUS XM‘s The Morning Mash Up:

The Real Housewife of Atlanta admitted this week that she sat through extensive plastic surgery operations in April, receiving a nose job, a breast implant reduction, a breast lift and lipo around her waist.
“I still wanted to look like NeNe, the black woman that I am, but a better version,” Leakes said of the procedures, which still leaves her seven short of the number Heidi Montag has undergone.

‘The Expendables’ Takes Number One Spot During Opening Weekend

The Expendables and it’s all-star cast edged out Julia Roberts and Eat, Pray, Love this past weekend to take the number one spot at the box office. The movie earned $35 million, compared to Julia’s run of $23.7 million.
Still it wasn’t a bad weekend for Roberts with her movie about a woman’s international search to find herself costing considerably less to produce.
Among The Expendables stars are Jet Li, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jason Statham
Also as expected, the film was very popular with middle-aged men who loved watching the films actors during their ’80s and ’90s run.

So here’s an announcement worth a good laugh, 20th Century Fox has announced that James Cameron’s Avatar will be re-released in August.
Apparently the number of 3D capable screens has “exploded” leaving the studio to re-release the film so more movie-goers can see in in 3D.
Here’s the companies official statement:
“Since – and largely as of result of – Avatar’s release last December, the number of available digital 3D screens has exploded, and moviegoers who missed experiencing the film in 3D, as well as fans that want to return to Pandora again, will now have that opportunity.”
