Appearing alongside husband Mark Kelly, Gabrielle Giffords was a guest today on Good Morning America, touching on a subject she sadly knows all too well:
Gun violence.

Enough.
“After the shooting in Tucson, there was talk about addressing some of these issues, [and] again after Aurora,” Kelly said. “I’m hopeful that this time is different, and I think it is. Twenty first-graders’ being

Good Morning America Greets Savannah Guthrie with Ratings Victory
Savannah Guthrie to the rescue? Not after one installment of The Today Show at least.
The new anchor’s debut episode was met with a resounding response by her program’s chief rival this week, as Good Morning America scored its first ratings win on a Monday since 2006.
Fast affiliate numbers show GMA garnering an advantage of 6,000 households over Today in the key demographic of 24-54-year olds (1.68 million over 1.674 million), along with a 356,000 lead in total viewers (4.425 million over 4.069 million).
It’s very, very early, but the dismissal of Ann Curry certainly has not paid

Robin Thicke, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Nettles and John Legend Open Duets
Duets debuted on ABC last night and one thing is for certain: Chris Brown fans will NOT be tuning in.
Not when the quartet of judges includes John Legend, whose girlfriend was recently the target of ridiculous death threats from Team Breezy members.
The panel also includes Robin Thicke, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Nettles, all of whom won’t merely judge aspiring singers, but actually perform with them on stage as well.
First, however, this impressive foursome opened the premiere on its own, leading off last night’s episode with a rendition of “Let Me Entertain You.” Watch it here:

Demi Lovato to Leave Sonny With a Chance
Demi Lovato is leaving Sonny With a Chance, the show that’s made her a star on the Disney Channel. She’ll instead focus on her pop career – and recovery.

“It made sense for me to go ahead and leave the show to focus on my music,” Lovato tells People. “It’s sad for me that a chapter of my life has ended.”
“However, there couldn’t be a better time for me to move on.”

More >Donald Trump to George Stephanopoulos: You’re Co-Opted By Obama Minions!
Things got awfully heated on Good Morning America yesterday as Donald Trump discussed his potential presidential run with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.
In short, George took him to task and the Donald didn’t appreciate it.
Stephanopoulos mentioned that some Republican heavyweights call him a “flawed messenger for the party” and “a joke candidate.” Why do they think this?
By continuing to question President Obama’s birth certificate and citizenship. Trump replied by … going off about Obama’s citizenship. You gotta see this:

Britney Spears-Nicki Minaj Tour: It’s On!
After extensive talks, Nicki Minaj has officially joined Britney Spears’ upcoming summer tour, replacing Enrique Iglesias as the star’s opening act.
A source close to the 26-year-old Minaj confirmed to E! that she’s aboard and tour organizers expect the tandem should be a big concert draw.
More so than the Spanish crooner who pulled out last month? Probably.
1-2 PUNCH: Two Femme Fatales. One horribly pricey ticket.
Indeed, the choice of the Trinidad and Tobago-born hip-hop diva is probably for the best, given how foolish Iglesias’ camp just made Ms. Spears look.
