More than a year after they separated, it’s now nice and legal: Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are getting a divorce.
The actor filed legal papers today in Los Angeles Superior Court, with Kutcher citing “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the split and with spousal support as a seeming non-issue.
He is not seeking any from Moore and he has told the court not to deny Demi’s request if she makes one.
Kutcher and Moore announced the end of their marriage last November, following Kutcher’s exposed affair with Sara Leal.

Yesterday, following an appointment at a salon in West Hollywood, the actress was approached by a man with a camera. He alleges that Moore screamed obscenities at him and shoved him on the way to her car.

This loser of a journalist has now filed battery charges against Moore, TMZ reports, although he has no visible injuries.
