Jerry Lawler isn’t just awake and alert – he’s filming himself being awake and alert!
The WWE broadcaster/former grappler, who collapsed on air of a heart attack while announcing Monday Night Raw in Montreal this week, has actually recorded a video of himself standing alongside his hospital bed.
In the clip, Lawler is standing and speaking very clearly, even joking about all the wires connected to his body. He then goes on to thank for WWE Universe for all the well wishes sent his way.

Olympic swimming god Michael Phelps has quietly dated a Canadian woman by the name of Ashley Finestone for more than two years, reports say.
The 26-year-old has been exchanging calls, texts and visits with the Montreal native, who he spent time with just this past weekend, in fact.
“Michael was in Montreal last weekend to compete in the Canada Cup and I saw him walking hand-in-hand with Ashley,” a source told Radar.
Finestone, a McGill University graduate, was good luck for Phelps, who brought home gold in the 200-meter freestyle and 100-meter butterfly.

After spending June 30-July 2 in Ottawa, Ontario, Gatineau, and Montreal, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will head to Quebec City on July 3.
The 29-year-old newlyweds (yesterday was William’s birthday) will work with Maison Dauphin, an organization that works with homeless youths.
The Quebec group’s mission ties in closely with William’s Patronage of Centrepoint, a homelessness charity, back home in the United Kingdom.

(HMG Celebrity News) – Liam Neeson has spoken out about the hellish night he lost his wife Natasha Richardson, nearly two years after her sudden tragic death after falling and banging her head during a skiing lesson in Canada in 2009. Speaking to Esquire Magazine, Neeson recalled the frightening night he tried to get access to his dying wife, recalling how security at the hospital was high and no one seemed to know who he was. Neeson was ironically in Montreal shooting a movie in 2009 when the tragic accident happened, and rushed to the hospital to see his wife.

Finally, someone is taking issue with Pamela Anderson’s body.
The actres flew to Montreal this week to publicize her latest PETA ad, only to be turned away by the city. Canadian officials denied a permit for the unveling because they claim the bikini-based billboard is somehow sexist.
Said Montreal film commissioner Daniel Bissonnette, whose office laid down the law:
“It is not so much controversial, as it goes against all principles public organizations are fighting for in the everlasting battle of equality between men and women.”
