It looks like Billy Ray Cyrus and wife of 17 years Tish Cyrus are not getting divorced after all.
Billy met with the ladies of The View for a taping that will air Friday and revealed that his wife and the mother of his five children will be staying with him.
You may recall that Cyrus recently blasted Disney’s Hannah Montana for “destroying his family.” At that time Tish and Billy were estranged and Miley Cyrus was smoking salvia.

Montana Fishburne: Screwed By Prosecutors?

Since the release of the Chippy D sex tape last fall, Montana Fishburne became sort of a household name. At least in gossip and/or adult video circles.
Her troubled past has since come to light as well, and the aspiring porn star now says she was jerked around (so to speak) in her assault conviction.
Montana Fishburne blieves she was duped by prosecutors who she says went back on the plea bargain she struck, and her lawyer has court over it.

Laurence Fishburne pays porn star daughter’s defense

[HMG] – When Montana Fishburne decided to launch a new career in porn, her father, ‘Matrix’ star, Laurence Fishburne allegedly cut off all contact with his daughter. But reports say he’s still funding her legal defense.
Montana chose to get famous by following Kim Kardashian’s lead and releasing a sex tape. The result was “Montana Fishburne: An A-List Daughter Makes her XXX Debut,” which was released by Vivid Entertainment – the same firm as Kim’s – on August 18.
And Laurence instantly cut off all contact. But the CSI star is still taking care of his daughter in court.

Montana, a.k.a. Chippy D, tells TMZ that the CSI star is “very hurt” over her new career path, though she is confident they can bury the hatchet soon.
