Jacob Lusk was initially going to run with Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On” on American Idol this week, but he decided to go with an alternate, less racy song:
Michael Jackson‘s “Man in the Mirror.”
Before leading off last night’s performances, he said that if he ends up in the Bottom Three, it’s ’cause America wasn’t ready to look themselves in the mirror.
Bold statement, but after his rendition of MJ’s moving classic, he may just escape that fate. Not knock-your-socks-off stuff, but pretty solid, don’t you think?

Like his beloved character in Home Alone, we’d have to imagine Macaulay Culkin woke up this morning, looked in the mirror, clasped his cheeks and screamed.
That’s because the actor is no longer dating Mila Kunis. He and the beauty ended their eight-year relationship over the weekend, as the latter’s rep says “the split was amicable, and they remain close friends.”
Kunis has already been nominated for a Golden Globe for her role in Black Swan. Oscar buzz is also circulating around the actress, who has been open in the past about her views on marriage.

After having four neck surgeries and waging a fight against cancer, Jennifer Grey “didn’t even think about winning” when Dancing With the Stars began.
When she was handed the Mirror Ball trophy Tuesday, the health woes the 50-year-old battled made it even sweeter. “This is so unbelievable,” she said.
“I feel so grateful, so blessed, that I had this opportunity. I don’t know that there’s any experience that will ever be anything like this again.”

Paranormal Activity 2 Poster, It’s A Little Bit Creepy

My wife and I laughed when we watched Paranormal Activity so needless to say I was a bit surprised when I saw the poster for the new movie and I was actually creeped out a little bit. The poster offers some hints at what might happen in the new installment of the low budget thriller.
The poster was debuted by E! Online and shows the films baby looking into an open door of a bathroom while the family dog barks at what may or may not exist beyond the open door.
Oh wait, then there’s the fact that the baby doesn’t have a reflection in the mirror, yeah, that’s a bit creepy.

Chris Brown’s BET tears ‘a fake’ says insider

[HMG] – We brought you the story on Monday about how Chris Brown broke down in tears at the BET Awards tribute to Michael Jackson. Well, it seems his emotions may have been purely skin deep.
The emotional display while singing ‘Man in the Mirror’ brought the 21-year old singer a lot of positive press. But an insider now says the tears were fake. Apparently, a bodyguard gave Chris special eye drops, and the tears came on cue;
“He rubbed it in and he just started crying,” the snitch tells Us Weekly.
