Another Health Scare for Bret Michaels

Bret Michaels is okay. Let’s get that important piece of information out there.
But the rocker did undergo yet another health scare last week, suffering through a massive drop in blood pressure in the days following his recent heart surgery. The cause was quickly determined, however, and Michaels is “fine,” reports Dr. Mansour Assar.
“It’s always good for patients to be evaluated when they’re not feeling well,” he says.

The split between Melissa Etheridge and Tammy Lynn Michaels just got a lot messier.
While the two continue to argue over financial issues, the singer’s personal life has now come into focus – and it’s a hurtful image for Michaels.
The National Enquirer reports that Etheridge is dating Linda Wallem, a producer on Nurse Jackie and someone who was in Tammy Lynn’s wedding party when she married Melissa.
“Linda has been talking constantly on the set about how she and Melissa are in love and how they’re in a committed relationship,” a source tells the tabloid.

It seems like only a few months ago that Bret Michaels was a walking STD who may have slept with Tish Cyrus.
But the rocker reversed his image via his reality show finale on Monday night, proposing to the mother of his children, Kristi Gibson.
“It feels awesome,” Michaels told People of the engagement. “When Kristi said, ‘I don’t need this ring, I don’t need the piece of paper, I love you no matter what,’ she took the pressure off.”

Jillian Michaels to Exit The Biggest Loser, Focus on Family

Jillian Michaels is going from The Biggest Loser to the biggest step a person can take: motherhood. She hopes, at least.
“Season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last have to finish out my contract,” Michaels Tweeted this week. “I want to take a year off TV and focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work.”
The final season of The Biggest Loser kicks off next month. Who might replace Jillian? She knows. But she isn’t saying.
“They already hired her,” she told a Twitter follower. “Using my last season to help launch her in season 11.”

Bret Michaels Repeats: I Did Not Do Tish Cyrus!

He’s already denied it, but Bret Michaels wants to make it absolutely clear: he did NOT have an affair with the mother of Miley Cyrus.
The rumor that Michaels and Tish Cyrus slept together, prompting Miley’s dad to call for a divorce, popped up earlier this month. It was quickly shot down by the rocker’s rep, but Bret was asked about it again Fox & Friends yesterday and simply replied:
“The answer is no.”
He then went into detail about his dealings with the Cyrus family, which included a duet with Miley on “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”

Jillian Michaels plans lawsuit after LA Times calls her fake

(HMG Celebrity News) – Having faced many challenges as a team leader on NBC’s ‘The Biggest Loser’ Jillian Michaels is now facing another – The LA Times thinks she’s a fake.
In a biting op-ed piece you can read here, Canadian health expert James Fell says the 36-year old exercise guru “is not actually a real fitness trainer — she’s an actress playing the role.”
He also says her techniques are ’shoddy’ and her exercise routines are ‘unsafe.’
Asked about the claims at a Marie Claire event yesterday, Michaels was incensed;
“Shame on the Times for saying I’m a fraud, not a trainer,” she mewled.

Bret Michaels To Perform On America’s Got Talent

Poison frontman Bret Michaels will perform on America’s Got Talent on August 4th. The performance comes just months after Michael’s had a brain aneurysm in May, before going on to win Celebrity Apprentice.
Michael’s will perform his 80’s hit Every Rose Has Its Thorn during the Wednesday live results show, the same song he recently performed for millions of viewers on the hit singing competition American Idol.
Michaels can also be seen hosting the 2010 Miss Universe pageant, while he’ll also host a new VH1 show called Bret Michaels: Life as I Know it.

The singer was taking full advantage of his rock star status, anchoring VH1 reality shows that made The Bachelor look like an actual search for love. It was all about groupie sex and bandanas for Bret.

Denied! Judge Shoots Down Tammy Lee Michaels in Court, Backs Melissa Etheridge

Round one of the Melissa Etheridge/Tammy Lynn Michaels split has gone to the singer.
Following Etheridge’s motion to dissolve her partnership with Michaels, the latter filed for full custody of the pair’s children and stated that her ex has not been supporting her or the kids “financially and otherwise.”
However, a L.A. County Superior Court judge shot down Tammy’s request for $25,000 this week, as Etheridge’s attorney convinced the court his client is, indeed, footing the bills for her family.

Tammy Lynn Michaels Files for Full Custody of Children

Tammy Lynn Michaels says she was “blindsided” by her break-up with Melissa Etheridge.
But she’s gathered herself together enough to fight back and file for full custody of the pair’s twin children, Johnnie and Miller.
While Etheridge asked for joint legal and physical custody when she initially filed for dissolution of their domestic partnership, Tammy has taken the battle a step farther: she wants full custody, reports TMZ.
Michaels carried the twins to term, following a donation by an anonymous sperm donor.
Tammy has also asked the court for spousal support.
