Michaele and Tareq Salahi are both officially free to go about their lives nailing rock stars, crashing White House parties, desperately seeking fame and so on.
They’re divorced.
Tareq announced (and made a huge spectacle of the fact) that he would divorce Michele last September after she ran off with Journey’s Neal Schon.
A Virginia judge signed the divorce decree yesterday, making Michaele and Tareq’s split official. All their assets have been divided and accounted for.

Tareq Salahi claims that Neal Schon ruined his entire life and is suing the Journey rocker, who ran off with his reality star wife Michaele, for $50 million dollars.
The lawsuit was just filed by Salahi in Virginia.
Tareq says he and Michaele Salahi were on track to make a huge fortune together from multiple reality TV shows including Dancing with the Stars … yeah right.

As we reported yesterday, a crushed Tareq says he was blindsided by Michaele’s affair with Neal Schon of Journey fame – and a new video is the final straw.
A video he shot, featuring Michaele and Neal kissing, playfully, over Labor Day. All while Tareq watched, oblivious to the long-term affair going on. Brutal.

A couple hours after Tareq Salahi released a public statement and asked for help in tracking down his supposedly kidnapped wife, Michaele Salahi’s whereabouts have been discovered: she’s in Memphis with Journey guitarist Neal Schon.

Earlier this week, Michaele Salahi was kicked off Celebrity Rehab because she lacked the one thing people entering rehab typically possess – addiction.
No clue why the show didn’t establish this ahead of time, but Michaele’s husband, Tareq Salahi is threatening to sue, and that’s not even the half of it.
According to her husband Tareq, Michaele only agreed to do Celebrity Rehab to get help from Dr. Drew for a pre-existing condition: Multiple Sclerosis.
