Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon scored a resounding legal victory over her ex-husband Tareq when a judge threw out his ridiculous claim Wednesday.
A Virginia judge dismissed Tareq’s $50 million lawsuit that thee former Real Housewives star and her Journey guitarist lover defamed him somehow.
Short story: They screwed him over (and each other a lot) big time, but that’s not illegal. The judge called the case”not legally sufficient” to proceed.

A couple hours after Tareq Salahi released a public statement and asked for help in tracking down his supposedly kidnapped wife, Michaele Salahi’s whereabouts have been discovered: she’s in Memphis with Journey guitarist Neal Schon.
Michaele used to date the artist and is rumored to be having an affair with him now. She attended his band’s concert in Nashville last night. Said a police department spokesperson who chatted on the phone with the former Real Housewife of D.C.:

The former Real Housewives of D.C. stars were spotted last week at the Northern Virginia Center for Surrogate Parenting, as Michaele tells TMZ she fears a natural child would be diagnosed with the same condition from which she suffers, multiple sclerosis.

The Real Housewives of D.C. has not been renewed for a second season, according to Radar Online. Now if someone would just tell the cast members.
The fifth installation of the hit reality franchise arrived with great hype last year, thanks in large part to White House party crasher Michaele Salahi.

Earlier this week, Michaele Salahi was kicked off Celebrity Rehab because she lacked the one thing people entering rehab typically possess – addiction.
No clue why the show didn’t establish this ahead of time, but Michaele’s husband, Tareq Salahi is threatening to sue, and that’s not even the half of it.

We may have just risked litigation by saying that, because White House party crasher turned loser reality star Tareq Salahi is hinting that he may sue Celebrity Rehab for illegally firing his wife because of her “health condition.”
It’s unclear what “condition” Tareq is referring to, but whatever.
Barack would not approve of this nonsense.
