The gorgeous Megan Fox made her first official red carpet appearance since giving birth to her son Noah September 27th. Fox and her hubby Brian Austin Green attended the March of Dimes Celebration of Babies at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Fox said she only gained 23 lbs during pregnancy and she has about 10 more to go. Well she looks fantastic to us! You can catch her in the highly-anticipated Judd Apatow flick This is 40.

Sorry, unborn child: not even you can get in the way of Megan Fox being hot.
A pair of new photos have emerged from a shoot this new mother starred in on behalf of the Sharper Image in April.
Yes, ladies, don’t hate on her too much, but Fox is four months pregnant when these pictures were snapped. They will be seen in magazines and on billboards this holiday season:
“I have always been a bit of a gadget geek and into different types of technology,” Fox says in a statement. “The campaign is a good fit for me because I love electronics.”
Fox gave birth to a boy a few days ago.
