The involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, will include haunting, starkly different depictions of MJ’s final days.
In addition to rehearsal footage for his This Is It tour, prosecutors will show autopsy photos of the singer’s lifeless body on a coroner’s gurney, a judge ruled.
Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor cleared prosecutors to present the footage and autopsy photos in a lengthy hearing that set up evidentiary boundaries.

Dr. Conrad Murray “sounded tired and he was like I’m gonna get some sleep whatever” just a few hours before Michael Jackson died, a stripper says.
Michelle Bella, one of three women Murray was juggling at the time, met MJ’s personal doc at the Spearmint Rhino gentleman’s club in Vegas in ’08.
Bella told detectives that on June 25, 2009, Dr. Murray left a message on her phone at about 8:30 a.m. It sounds like the physician was just beat.

Dr. Conrad Murray will not only have to face a jury of his peers, but also a world stage when his wrongful death trial involving Michael Jackson begins in April.
Judge Michael Pastor on Monday announced his surprise decision to televise the proceedings.
While the trial will focus on the Jackson death suit, it will also bring to light how the medical community treats famous celebrities as they look to treat both real and fake conditions. Opening statements for the Dr. Murray Trial will start in the first week of April.

The heart of Bret Michaels is a busy organ.
Last month, it was officially stolen by long-time girlfriend Kristi Gibson, who agreed to marry the reality show champion/rocker.
Now, today, possibly at this very moment, Michael is undergoing surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center to repair a literal hole in his heart. This is the same facility where Bret was treated for a brain hemorrhage in April.
“Bret is looking forward to feeling 100 percent again,” his rep says.

Judge Orders Conrad Murray to Stand Trial in Death of Michael Jackson, Suspends Doctor’s License

Dr. Conrad Murray will be tried in the death of Michael Jackson. Judge Michael Pastor said sufficient evidence was presented at the preliminary hearing.
While completely expected, this marks a significant development, as the case against Murray on involuntary manslaughter charges proved compelling.
Deputy D.A. David Walgren told the judge in his closing argument that, “It was not Michael Jackson’s time to go” and that Conrad Murray is responsible.
As expected, Dr. Murray will stand trial for MJ’s demise.

93-year-old Zsa Zsa Gabor has been in and out of hospitals for the last several years and on Friday she was hospitalized again for a blood clot.
According to her publicist John Blanchette:
“She was complaining this morning of pain in her knee and swelling.”
Because the “massive” clot could travel to her heart she was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center for observation.
In July Gabor was also hospitalized for blood clots and an infection caused after she had hip surgery. She has been in a wheelchair since a 2002 accident.

Celine Dion Welcomes Twin Baby Boys Into The World

Celine Dion welcomed twin baby boys into the world at 11:11 and 11:12AM this morning, the boys were born at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Palm Beach, Florida.
Dion, 43 and her husband Rene welcomed the boys who weighed in at 5lbs., 4 oz. and 5lbs., 10 oz. just several days after the singer was admitted to the hospital for observation one month before her due date.
The boys were conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF) and will be admitted to the hospital for several days as is standard practice for premature born babies.

A woman in Florida was about to give birth to her child when she was moved out of her room so Celine Dion would have a place to stay while awaiting the birth of her premature twin sons, who are due next month!
A doctor ordered Celine to bed rest St Mary’s Medical Center in Palm Beach, at which point staffers made the other woman switch rooms so Celine would be more comfortable in the better room.

Future welfare recipient Nadya Suleman, better known as Octomom, has been caught in a series of lies pertaining to her octuplets’ birth following an investigation.
A fertility doctor implanted her with 12 embryos in the pregnancy that spawned her octuplets, conflicting with her claims that only six were implanted and two split.
