Michael Lohan was arrested and hospitalized the other night following an alleged act of domestic violence against his former girlfriend/fiancee, Kate Major.
Not surprisingly, MiLo tells a different story of events than Kate Major told police, and vows to press charges against his ex, who he claims came at him.
Lindsay’s dad says he is meeting with the cops and wants Kate charged with robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic assault and trespassing.

The heart of Bret Michaels is a busy organ.
Last month, it was officially stolen by long-time girlfriend Kristi Gibson, who agreed to marry the reality show champion/rocker.
Now, today, possibly at this very moment, Michael is undergoing surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center to repair a literal hole in his heart. This is the same facility where Bret was treated for a brain hemorrhage in April.
“Bret is looking forward to feeling 100 percent again,” his rep says.

Gabrielle Giffords, Arizona Congresswoman, Shot in Head at Public Event

Gabrielle Giffords was at the center of what President Obama has described as an “unspeakable tragedy” this morning.
The Arizona Congresswoman was one of 18 people shot – 12 of whom are injured, six reportedly killed – during a shooting in Tuscon. The public event was a meeting of constituents that took place outside a Safeway grocery store.
She underwent surgery this afternoon for a wound to the head, with Dr. Peter Rhee of the University Medical Center saying he’s “very optimistic about her recovery.”

93-year-old Zsa Zsa Gabor has been in and out of hospitals for the last several years and on Friday she was hospitalized again for a blood clot.
According to her publicist John Blanchette:
“She was complaining this morning of pain in her knee and swelling.”
Because the “massive” clot could travel to her heart she was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center for observation.
In July Gabor was also hospitalized for blood clots and an infection caused after she had hip surgery. She has been in a wheelchair since a 2002 accident.

Celine Dion Welcomes Twin Baby Boys Into The World

Celine Dion welcomed twin baby boys into the world at 11:11 and 11:12AM this morning, the boys were born at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Palm Beach, Florida.
Dion, 43 and her husband Rene welcomed the boys who weighed in at 5lbs., 4 oz. and 5lbs., 10 oz. just several days after the singer was admitted to the hospital for observation one month before her due date.
The boys were conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF) and will be admitted to the hospital for several days as is standard practice for premature born babies.

A woman in Florida was about to give birth to her child when she was moved out of her room so Celine Dion would have a place to stay while awaiting the birth of her premature twin sons, who are due next month!
A doctor ordered Celine to bed rest St Mary’s Medical Center in Palm Beach, at which point staffers made the other woman switch rooms so Celine would be more comfortable in the better room.

It’s being reported that Lindsay Lohan has failed a mandatory drug test, part of her requirements for probation. According to PEOPLE Lohan is rumored to have tested positive for cocaine.
Lohan was just released from the UCLA Medical Center on August 24th after serving just 13 days of a 90-day jail term for a DUI probation violation.
If the rumor is true, the violation of her drug testing could send Lohan back to jail for up to 30 days, or in L.A. speak, a few hours of jail time before being released due to overcrowding.

Judge Marsha Revel, who recused herself from the case this week, ordered Lindsay to spend 90 days in lockdown at UCLA for psychiatric and drug treatment.
However, the inpatient program she’s in typically lasts 45 days.
