One week ago Aflac fired Gilbert Gottfried from his job as the Aflac Duck mascot the company is in search of new talent. Gottfried, who has voiced the duck since it was introduced in 2010 was fired after the comedian made numerous Japan Earthquake jokes via Twitter.
While speculation first floated around that another celebrity would take over the role, Aflac has decided instead to open up auditions to the general public. According to Aflac Chief Marketing Officer Michael Zuna, the company will accept 30-second audio and video files and then pick the beck Aflac duck squawk impression.

A new poster for the upcoming CW spinoff “Nikita” is causing issues among censors who believe the ad is “too racy” for public displays.
The poster (shown above) features the series star “Maggie Q” wearing a semi-revealing leather outfit and was banned by Los Angeles shopping mall The Grove and according to PopCrunch, various other locations in Chicago and New York.

Jennifer Aniston just launched her new perfume Lovalie this past week at London based Harrod’s and now she’s already being forced to change the name.
The perfumes current name Lolavi which means “laughing at life” is a floral fragrance and will now be called Jennifer Aniston by Jennifer Aniston.
The name change comes after her marketing team realized that the name was too close to Marc Jacobs own perfume Lola which may have confused some buyers.
