Nick Cannon has weighed in on the Mariah Carey vs. Nicki Minaj feud – and you’ll never guess which side he’s taking.
“My wife is the strongest and classiest woman that I’ve ever met,” Cannon said today on Access Hollywood Live when asked about Minaj going off on Carey during an early Season 12 audition episode.
“If you watch the video, she just maintains her composure… I don’t think she’s moved by the theatrics and pageantry of it all. She signed up to do a job to help young people.”

Following days of rumors and assumptions, Mariah Carey was officially announced as a judge on Season 12 of American Idol today.
“As a singer, songwriter and producer, it’s going to be fun and rewarding to help find new talent and give back with American Idol,” the number-one hit maker said in a statement, getting her personal PR machine rolling in the process:

Jennifer Lopez says her time may have come.
And now an Us Weekly source confirms that American Idol may go all out with a judging panel shakeup, by moving Randy Jackson from the main table to some kind of mentoring role.
“[Show producers] think they need to freshen everything up now,” the Idol insider tells the tabloid, adding that Mariah Carey is in “serious talks” to replace Jackson and the deal may even get done shortly.

(HMG Celebrity News) – I do believe in the rumors that have floated for a couple of months that there is a good chance Mariah Carey is pregnant this time. Since Nick Cannon refused to confirm or deny those rumors in August, things have died down for a while. But a new site to me at least, either has some inside info or is taking a gamble at fame. A site called Hollybaby.com is reporting that Mariah Carey is expecting a baby boy in March.
“She’s having a boy, but the reason that Mariah didn’t want to say anything is because she is 40, and she’s superstitious,” a source told the website.

Dr. Cindy Bressler, the former veterinarian for Mariah Carey is suing her famous pop client for $38,000, claiming Carey ran up the monumental tab while Bressler was carrying 24/7 for Carey’s pups. She says she even delivered one of the pop star dogs babies.
Dr. Bressler filed the lawsuit today in Manhattan in which she states that she provided “extraordinary services” for three of Mariah’s Jack Russell terriers. According to Bressler, Mariah only paid her $8,000 of the $38,000 bill.
