Hulk Hogan Refiles Lawsuit Against Gawker

Sadly, we still need to think about the Hulk Hogan sex tape.
While the wrestler dismissed his $100 lawsuit against Gawker in federal court without prejudice last month, TMZ has learned Hogan has now gone ahead and refiled it in Florida state court.
The reason?
This is the same venue in which Hogan has sued Heather Clem, his sex tape co-star, for allegedly playing a role in leaking footage to the public.
An attorney for Hogan says this maneuver will allow his client to deal with less paperwork and lawyer fees.

That’s because Swift celebrated at midnight with a certain British artist, laying a smooch on Harry Styles just as the ball dropped in New York City, a milestone captured by a fan standing nearby.

No this is not like the thousands of fake outs in the tabloids, Kardashian’s rep has confirmed her pregnancy.
Kim K is indeed carrying Yeezy’s spawn! This comes after Kanye West announced at his December 30th concert “stop the music and make noise for my baby mama” referring to Kim in the audience.
One slight problem, Kardashian is not yet officially divorced from husband Kris Humphries.

Gawker Media has issued a response to Hulk Hogan’s $100 million lawsuit.
The company – which released a one minute and 41-second clip of Hogan pounding Heather Clem on its website – has asked the judge to throw out the wrestler’s suit because Hogan already admitted in a 2009 book that he had cheated on wife Linda.
Therefore, the video could not have soiled his reputation, as Hulk alleges.
Moreover, Gawker takes the side that it didn’t record the video; it merely alerted the public to snippets from it. Isn’t that the job of any news source?

Hulk Hogan was snapped with Kim Kardashian in Miami this week – and now we know exactly what the celebrities talked about.
Following weeks of rumors and jokes about the size of his python, a Hulk Hogan sex tape has officially hit the Internet.
The grainy 30-minute video (Damn! Way to go, Hulk!) is shot in black and white and allegedly features the 59-year old former WWE star with a woman who performs oral sex on him.
