Kim Kardashian Gun Photo Sparks Controversy, Regret
Kim Kardashian stepped Instagram first into the ongoing controversy surrounding gun control this week, posting a photo to that social network of a diamond-encrusted handgun.
It was quickly deleted, with a source telling E! News the publishing was some kind of “mistake” and “Kim hates guns.”
And yet… she has one? A diamond-encrusted one that likely cost well into the five figures? Here’s a look at the weapon/image in question:
On January 14, in response to the horrific Newton, Connecticut shooting, Kardashian Tweeted:
“Today, people in Newtown are making the #sandyhookpromise

Mitt Romney on Obama Voters: Entitled Losers!
A secretly recorded video has emerged in which Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney can be heard apparently disparaging voters – specifically those who support President Barack Obama – at a private dinner with donors.
The GOP nominee can be heard (and seen, albeit far away) positing that “47 percent” of Americans do not pay any income taxes, consider themselves victims, feel entitled to handouts and would never even think about voting for him anyway.
“I’ll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives,” Romney says of Obama’s “huge
More >Rosie O’Donnell and Michelle Rounds: Married!
Rosie O’Donnell has revealed that she married girlfriend Michelle Rounds this summer in a secret NYC wedding before the latter’s tumor-related surgery.
O’Donnell and Rounds tied the knot in a private ceremony June 9.
Both women recently suffered medical setbacks and had originally pushed their wedding back to next summer. Two weeks ago, Rosie suffered a heart attack.
Rounds’ Desmoid tumors, removed in June, were described by Rosie as “a mysterious, rare – too often fatal disease that affects 3 in a million people.”
In a new blog post, Rosie wrote, “We were to wed 10 days ago but her

Groundhog Day 2012 Results: Shadow! Winter to Continue!
Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog, the myth, the legend, emerged from Gobbler’s Knob this morning and saw his shadow, thus decreeing six more weeks of winter.
Of course, given the unseasonably warm temperatures and a lack of snow this winter throughout most of the northern U.S., maybe that’s not the worst thing.
In any case, the central Pennsylvania celebrity made his annual weather forecast at daybreak Thursday before an overflow crowd of over 15,000 supporters.
Given reports of showers in the area, there were doubts going into this morning over whether there would be a shadow sighting,

Some viewers of Sunday’s Republican debate remarked that the coverage of said debate sorely lacked for Ron Paul, who is running second in New Hampshire polls.
With that in mind, we present a video montage that should more than make up for that – highlights from Sunday morning’s NBC/Facebook debate, Ron Paul style!
Despite being more or less dismissed by many pundits as having no chance at the White House, Paul finished a strong third in Iowa and may top that in New Hampshire.
His message strikes a chord with a motivated section of the electorate. The only question is whether he can grow
More >Rosie O’Donnell Speaks on Michelle Rounds Engagement: Old News!
Congratulations are still very much in order to Rosie O’Donnell and fiancee Michelle Rounds, but the talk show host told her studio audience today that the couple has been engaged for weeks.
She merely chose last Friday to go public with the good news.
“Michelle said to me a few months ago, when we got engaged, she said, ‘How come you didn’t say it on your show?’ And I was like, ‘Honey, I don’t know how.’ I didn’t know how to say it,” O’Donnell said yesterday.
Joking about a certain Two and a Half Men star, Rosie added about her reticence to talk openly about Rounds:
“You don’t want to

Rounds is a headhunter in New York City.
O’Donnell, meanwhile, has four kids with ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, from whom she split in 2010. They split three years later. Rosie then dated Tracy Kachtick-Anders for about a year before
More >Sharon Bialek: Will Herman Cain Accuser Derail Republican’s Presidential Bid?
Herman Cain’s support for president has withstood a lot, but will new sexual harassment accuser Sharon Bialek derail the Republican’s White House ambitions?
After almost a week of reports about his alleged sexual harassment while head of the National Restaurant Association, Cain remained at the top of a new poll.
That poll was taken before Sharon Bialek’s Monday press conference, though.
By adding a name and a face to publicly accuse Cain of some explicit things, with alleged details, the sexual harassment issue has become even more salacious.
The previous accusers have not accused Cain

Glenn Beck and his family attended a screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s The 39 Steps in Bryant Park on Monday night, but the host explained on his radio show today that he was greeted with anything but a warm welcome.
“It was a hostile situation,” he said, detailing how wife Tanya had wine “intentionally kicked on her back” and how a man pointed at Tanya and Beck’s daughter and screamed: “We hate conservatives here!”
No one told the trouble makers to knock it off, Beck continued.
“I apologize to anybody who had their movie experience wrecked because of the people that found it so necessary

Gay Rights Organizations Demand Apology, Retraction from Tracy Morgan
Tracy Morgan may be encouraged to say outrageous things on 30 Rock, but the actor’s real-life rant in Nashville last week has landed him in trouble with multiple gay rights groups.
A week after the comedian took the stage at the Ryman Auditorium and went off on homosexuals – saying he’d stab his son if he turned out to be gay, among other scathing remarks – the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and the Human Rights Campaign have both issued statements.
In the first, the President of GLADD writes: “We call on him to remove these violently anti-gay remarks from his show and send a

(HMG Celebrity News) – I liked former “Saturday Night Live” star Victoria Jackson better when she ‘pretended’ to be a ditzy blonde. Now a tea party activist and ultra right wing columnist, she made some homophobic comments about an episode of Glee where two of the gay characters kissed in her newest column for WorldNetDaily. In the recent episode Original Song, Criss’ Blaine Anderson confessed his feelings for Kurt Hummel, played by Colfer, and the kiss came after months of speculation on whether the pair, who sing alongside each other in the Dalton Academy Warblers, would become

Well, that didn’t last long.
Just days after he was suspended by MSNBC for contributing to a trio of political campaigns without first seeking permission, Keith Olbermann has been re-instated by Phil Griffin, the network president who has feuded with the anchor for years.
“I have determined that suspending Keith through and including Monday night’s program is an appropriate punishment for his violation of our policy,” Griffin said. “We look forward to having him back on the air Tuesday night.”
Olbermann has received an outpouring of support from both sides of the political aisle, as
