That’s the score after the Gossip Girl star won a judgment against her mom today, officially stating that Leighton does not owe Connie Meester any money. Ever.
Leighton claimed Connie diverted money Leighton had sent to her little brother Lex, who suffers from serious medical problems, and spent it on herself. Frivolously.
Connie used the $7,500 per month Leighton sent home for Lex on things like plastic surgery, Botox, and hair extensions, resulting in a lawsuit from Leighton.

On a trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the actress, 26, and her artist boyfriend visited the famous Christ the Redeemer at the top of the Corcovado mountain in the Tijuca Forest National Park Friday. Things seem to be going along well for the pair:

There aren’t a lot of XOXOs being exchanged between Leighton and Connie Meester. The Gossip Girl star and her mom are engaged in a war of words.
Words and dueling lawsuits.
Connie is firing back after Leighton sued her last week, claiming in a new countersuit that the actress threw her to the ground back in December.
Leighton is accused of “repeatedly hitting her with a bottle” in a blinding rage, allegedly so crazed she had to be pulled off her mom by her brother.

The mother of Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester, who has led an interesting life (she gave birth to Leighton while in prison), is making headlines again.
This time, the ex-drug trafficker is accused of threatening the star’s former friend Laurel Wiig. A restraining order against Meester’s mom was issued.
Leighton’s mother and manager, Constance, is said to have threatened to “f**k up” and “hunt down and kill” Wiig. It’s very much unclear why.
“She is an addict and had made a threat to kill,” Wiig described.
