In early April, Kris Jenner’s offspring filed a lawsuit against their ex-stepmother, charging that she illegally profited from a diary their late father left to them in their will.
In an official response obtained by TMZ, however, Pearson does not deny that she sold pages of Robert Kardashian’s diary to In Touch Weekly.

Tom Cruise Wiretapping Lawsuit: Dismissed!

A judge has officially dismissed a $5 million wiretapping lawsuit against actor Tom Cruise and his longtime attorney Bert Fields, according to reports.
The case dates all the way back to 2009, when Bold magazine editor Michael Davis Sapir sued the actor and his lawyer for hiring Anthony Pellicano.
Allegedly, Cruise and Fields hired the former private investigator to spy on him by tapping his phones in the midst of another lawsuit with the actor.

Hulk Hogan Refiles Lawsuit Against Gawker

Sadly, we still need to think about the Hulk Hogan sex tape.
While the wrestler dismissed his $100 lawsuit against Gawker in federal court without prejudice last month, TMZ has learned Hogan has now gone ahead and refiled it in Florida state court.
The reason?
This is the same venue in which Hogan has sued Heather Clem, his sex tape co-star, for allegedly playing a role in leaking footage to the public.
An attorney for Hogan says this maneuver will allow his client to deal with less paperwork and lawyer fees.

Two teenage boys are wanted for the killing of a young Pennsylvania mother who had words with them as they harassed her boyfriend walking down the street Saturday.
Kayla Peterson’s boyfriend, Bill Bailey, said it all started over a cigarette comment.

Allowing kids to play on scooters outside sounds normal enough, but a Texas mom was arrested and spent a night in jail after a neighbor complained about just that.
