[HMG] – Ex-Playboy stars, Karissa and Kristina Shannon found fame on the E Network’s ghastly ‘Girls Next Door’ show.  But their link with Hugh Heffner got shaky when the pair brought other guys home.

“We were not allowed to have boys in the house. That was the number one rule,” says Karissa. “After a couple of weeks, Hef was getting upset about them, so he wanted us to move out.”

Heff chose the 20-year old pair to be his new girlfriends in 2008 when Kendra Wilkinson left. That got them their roles on the show, but on January 14th of this year they were asked to move out of the mansion. And
