Last night, when The Real Housewives of Atlanta visited L.A., we found out that “Peaches Don’t Grow in Hollywood,” they only visit.
And one housewife pulled out a “whole lot of bitch” with good reason. We recap the late night Fatburgers and pink thongs in our THG +/- review.

The cast of VH1′s Basketball Wives is making it clear to the network that they would like a pay raise. Now. Either they get it or they walk, sources say.
Filming for BBW Season 5 is underway, but Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Tami Roman and Suzie Ketcham currently do not have contracts.
The actually-unmarried wives are in the process of renegotiating their contracts and want big raises, claiming the show does VERY well for VH1.
For its part, the network supposedly made it clear to them that salary increases are not gonna happen and if anyone had a problem with that …

Barack Obama Meets McKayla Maroney, Is Not Impressed

President Barack Obama met with McKayla Maroney and other members of USA’s Fierce Five Olympic gymnastics team – Kyla Ross, Jordyn Wieber, Aly Raisman and Gabby Douglas – yesterday in the Oval Office.
But the Leader of the Free World was not impressed.
Emulating the look Maroney made famous on the medal stand this summer, Obama folded his arms and curled his lips alongside the gymnast, promoting McKalya to Tweet soon afterward:
“Did I just do the Not Impressed face with the President?”

David Petraeus Resigns as CIA Director, Citing Extramarital Affair

Gen. David Petraeus has surprisingly and abruptly resigned as director of the CIA.
The decorated former chief of U.S. Central Command cited an extramarital affair.
“After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair,” Petraeus’ resignation letter said.
“Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours.”

Basketball Wives: LA is canning four of its six cast members, according to reports.
Yes, that is actually a real show on VH1 apparently.
Draya Michele and Jackie Christie (second and third from left) will return. Everyone else? Gone.
Gloria Govan, Laura Govan, Malaysia Pargo and Brooke Bailey were all fired because the wives, Gloria in particular, weren’t allowing “all of their reality to be filmed.”
The nail in the coffin? Govan nixing VH1 from her wedding to L.A. Clippers star Matt Barnes.
She flew off to Vegas and didn’t even let them known about it, let alone film it.

Former Michigan State star Charlie Bell feels he supported Kenya for years with his wages, but says it’s his estranged spouse’s turn to get his back now.

Prince Charles’ Clarence House office says the heir to the throne is “delighted to announce the engagement of Prince William to Miss Catherine Middleton.”
