Fan Sues Jonas Brothers After Concert Trampling

Ashleigh Johnson, who’s like totally a big Jonas Brothers fan, is suing the trio for some reason after being trampled by their groupies at The Grove in L.A.
Johnson claims the incident went down in May 2010, when she was watching the boys perform … and pummeled by an uncontrolled crowd into a guard fence.
According to legal documents, Ashleigh says she was “agonizingly crushed” into the fence and suffered serious mental, emotional and physical injuries.

Miley Cyrus was a guest on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning and while the two discussed many aspects of the singer’s life, one exchange stood above the rest.
The 19-year old, who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth of course, said it’s “pretty blatant” that the Jonas Brothers’ new track (“Wedding Bells”) was written with her in mind.

This is pretty cool.
On Saturday, in between performances of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Nick Jonas took to the streets of New York City, plopped down on a stool and simply starting playing some acoustic hits for a handful of fans.
He started with his own single, “Lovebug,” but then made the teenage girls around him truly scream out in fervor when he broke out a version of One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful.” It’s safe to say Nick had some help, as you can see here:

With his album due out on September 6, the young singer sits heartbroken below, surrounded by deserted suburb, torn over a past relationship.
“The idea I had was to use a house as a metaphor of being stuck in my own head because the song is obviously about the end of a relationship,” Joe said about the video’s concept. “I said ‘okay, if you were stuck in your own head, and you see everything that reminds you of this person, you want to get rid of everything [that reminds you of this person].’”

Joe Jonas is not recording music with his brothers these days. (Listen to his first solo track, “See No More,” HERE.)
But he makes one thing clear in the latest issue of Paper Magazine: the singer is still very close with siblings Nick and Kevin.
“My brothers and I, we’re like each other’s best friends,” he says. “And I think it’s that foundation that makes me feel like I can really do this on my own for a second.”
Jonas is also hoping to follow in the crazy talented footsteps of another teen idol who has risen to superstardom outside his original boy group: Justin Timberlake.

Joe Jonas isn’t merely single in his personal life. He’s also about to release his first single as a solo artist.
Co-written by Joe and Chris Brown, “See No More” will first hit the radio on June 3, followed by a digital sale on June 13.
“It’s an emotional song that I’ve been trying to go with for awhile now,” Jonas told E! News over the weekend. “I feel like, a lot of times for artists it’s important for them to just write out how they’re feeling in their music, and I was able to do that in this song.”

Demi Lovato is leaving Sonny With a Chance, the show that’s made her a star on the Disney Channel. She’ll instead focus on her pop career – and recovery.
Given the actress sought treatment recently for “physical and emotional issues,” and confessed to cutting herself since age 11, a change might do her good.

Ashley Greene: Mum on Joe Jonas Split

She’s fresh off a relationship, and she might be moving on to a new one, but Ashley Greene didn’t want to talk about Joe Jonas or Jared Followill last night.
The actress was out with friends in Los Angeles, but got quickly swallowed up by a horde of reporters. One asked a question about Joe, to which Ashley replied: “That’s not very nice.” But she did maintain her cool and posed with fans soon after the paparazzi encounter.
Does Greene have any cause to be bitter about the split? We didn’t think so. But then we read this Tweet from Jonas, posting this morning:

Joe Jonas Makes a Cameo on Top Chef

Joe Jonas will guest star on tomorrow night’s episode of Top Chef.
It’s unclear why. To the best of our knowledge, the singer may sizzle in magazine spreads, but he isn’t an expert with a frying pan.
Still, the following tease of his appearance on the Bravo hit does offer the humorous reaction of contestant Dale Talde, who mistakes the middle Jonas Brother for a pastry chef: “I have no idea who Joe Jonas is,” he tells the camera. See for yourself.
