The embattled doc’s lawyer has filed a motion to dismiss Joe’s lawsuit, claiming he missed the one-year filing deadline and the claim should be tossed ASAP.

The “post” Michael Jackson era has begun and now the Jackson Estate can add a fragrance collection to their rapidly growing list of Posthumous products with the king of pops name attached to them.
Joe Jackson, father of Michael Jackson has teamed up with a french perfume company to release a Jackson scent line.
Jackson signed the deal with Julian Rouas Paris Company to create the collection which will debut in just a few short months.

Joe Jackson makes a lot of absurd statements, and has been known to do or say anything (even milk his own son’s death) so that he might financially benefit.
He’s blamed Katherine Jackson, his own wife, for not intervening with her son in time. That’s despicable. But in the case of AEG, he may actually have a point.

We know Michael Jackson’s death was tragic and all, but it’s kind of sleazy how his crazy father Joe seems bent on blaming/suing everyone on the planet for it.
