Girls star Allison Williams reprised her popular and spot-on Kate Middleton impression on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night, and it was pretty funny.
Before landing her role on the HBO hit, Allison (daughter of NBC News’ Brian Willams) wrote and starred in a Funny Or Die series in which she plays the Duchess.
Last night, Jimmy brought up the aforementioned series, stating that he was initially cast to play Prince William before being was replaced during production.

Jimmy Kimmel is going from late night to primetime. For one night only, at least.
The comedian will host the 2012 Emmy Awards, ABC announced today, joking in a statement he hopes “to do for the Emmys this year what Eddie Murphy did for the Oscars,” referring to Murphy’s extremely short tenure as host of this year’s Academy Awards.
This will be Kimmel’s first time hosting the evening, although he has previously emceed the American Music Awards and the ESPY Awards.
