For the first time since the Beyonce lip-sync scandal broke, the singer at the center of this controversy has spoke out.
Sort of.
The artist – who pre-recorded her version of the national anthem for last week’s Presidential Inauguration – Tweeted a photo of herself in a shirt with the words “Can I Live” on it yesterday. See for yourself:
Seemingly shrugging off the critics with this tagline, the phrase is a reference Jay-Z’s song “Can I Liv?”

Anti-Gay Group Protests Upcoming Jennifer Lopez-Produced Series

One Million Moms is at it again.
The anti-gay organization, which has taken exception to Ellen DeGeneres and The New Normal in the past, is now setting its sights on The Fosters, an upcoming ABC Family series produced by Jennifer Lopez.
The drama will center on a multi-ethnic family headed by a lesbian couple.
One Million Moms – which has not actually seen the show, of course – is urging folks to write in their objections to the network and have released a statement on their website that reads:

Sage Stallone Cause of Death Remains Unknown

The mystery behind Sage Stallone’s death will, unfortunately, remain unsolved for at least another month or so.
An autopsy has been performed on the 36-year old son of actor Sylvester Stallone, who was found dead in his home on Friday, but a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Coroner tells CNN it still requires the results of toxicology tests. This typically takes six weeks.

Jason Kidd Arrested For DUI

NBA All-Star Jason Kidd was arrested this morning for DUI this morning in New York State, reportedly for crashing into a telephone pole in the Hamptons.
Kidd was the lone passenger in the accident, which officials say happened around 2:00 a.m. Police described the basketball star as “being intoxicated.”
The crash occurred near Kidd’s summer home on Long Island.
The future Hall of Fame member was taken to a local hospital to treat minor injuries but luckily was generally unharmed after the single-car crash.
