Jay Leno "Snakes" Comment Wrankles NBC Executives

Jay Leno was at it again last night.
The Tonight Show host, who some believe will be forced out after his contract is up in the spring of 2014, pissed off NBC last week by mocking the network’s pathetic ratings.
But an exchange of emails with executive Robert Greenblatt apparently did nothing to quell Leno’s anger with his bosses. Quite the opposite, in fact.
Leno has made headlines once again for railing against NBC, referring to the higher-ups as “snakes” in the following segment from his most recent monologue:

Mel Gibson appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno last night and surprisingly, he willingly brought up his most recent secretly recorded meltdown.
He joked about it repeatedly, no less.
The now-infamous Mel Gibson rant, in which he RAGED at Joe Eszterhas (and was taped in his own home, unwittingly, by Eszterhas’ son), was over the top, he conceded. Still, Mel believes his privacy was violated and his actions were “justified.” Why?

First Lady Michelle Obama cajoled Jay Leno into eating healthy foods for the first time in … oh, ever during her visit to the Tonight Show on NBC Tuesday.
Promoting her “Let’s Move!” campaign to get kids excited about fitness and healthy diets, Michelle brought out some food to make an example out of Jay.
As both Jay and Michelle joked repeatedly about his eating habits, Leno sampled apples, sweet potato fries and a pizza made with eggplant, peppers and zucchini.
Could’ve used some sausage, but even Jay conceded it wasn’t bad.

A lot of people think Jay is a hilarious guy. Taylor is one of them, but fortunately for all things sane, not in the way Leno likely thinks he’s funny.
Case in point? Leno struck out with what he was hoping was a charming impression of fashion photographers. The silence? Not un-awkward.

The drama troupe is the oldest undergraduate program of it’s kind in the United States and they annually honor an individual who entertains the masses.
