James Holmes made another appearance in court today, as a hearing was held to listen to arguments from media outlets who believe a judge should unseal various documents related to the July 20 movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado.

Report: Unopened James Holmes Letter Detailed Plans for Massacre

According to a new report, James Holmes actually alerted a psychologist at the University of Colorado to his plans to commit mass murder… only the recipient never opened the package in question.

Fox News says the Colorado shooting suspect mailed a notebook “full of details about how he was going to kill people” to the school’s mail room, which is where police and FBI agent found it this week.

Aurora Shooting Victim Files Lawsuit Against Movie Theater, Warner Bros.

Torrence Brown, Jr., one of the many Dark Knight Rises viewers who was inside the Aurora, Colorado movie theater when James Holmes opened fire last Friday morning, has filed a lawsuit in conjunction with the massacre.

Brown was not physically injured, but he lost close friend A.J. Boik in the shooting and says he’s suffering from major trauma. As a result, he’s filed a suit against three defendants:

  1. The movie theater, which attorney Donald Karpel says was negligent in not possessing a more secure emergency door, which made it easy for Holmes to prop it open and enter it with his arsenal

James Holmes Appears in Court, Exhibits Bizarre Behavior

James Holmes appeared in court for the first time today, and both video accounts and witness accounts confirm that the alleged Aurora, Colorado shooter exhibited extremely unusual behavior while listening to a judge charge him with first degree murder.

As you can see, the 24-year old donned organ hair and a red jumpsuit, sitting alongside his lawyer and shifting between wide open eyes and shut eyes. At various time, it appeared as if he had fallen asleep.

James Holmes Confirmed as Client on Adult Dating Site

An X-rated dating site has confirmed that suspected Colorado shooter James Holmes was, indeed, a client, having made a profile for the service on July 5 and last logging in some time this week.

Adult Friend Finder tells TMZ that it traced the profile in question back to Aurora, Colorado – the town in which Holmes is accused of killing 12 people who were attending a showing of The Dark Knight Rises – and that the address and date of birth entered match those of the alleged murderer.
