Abercrombie & Fitch’s timing, not unlike its earnings outlook, is less than stellar.
Just hours after their offer to Jersey Shore‘s The Situation – to pay him a “substantial amount” in exchange for him NOT wearing their apparel – the latest figures for the preppy retail chain were released. Short story? They sucked.
“Looks like Abercrombie got themselves into a Situation!” you-know-who tweeted.
Sitch, a.k.a. Mike Sorrentino, went on to add: “Thanks #SituationNation for having my back and you are the best fans in the world! I love you guys!”

This Season on Jersey Shore: Full-On BEDLAM!

The Jersey Shore Season 4 premiere was nothing.
Last week’s episode had its moments, but primarily, it set the table for what looks the CRAZIEST and most outrageous season of the MTV hit to date.
Given some of the ridiculousness that’s gone down on the previous three, that’s saying something. But the previews certainly support that theory.
Many of the clips in the montage that aired just after last week’s premiere were also included in the Season 4 trailer, but still, it’s worth another look.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is actually not a complete jackass.
At least when it comes to money. The Jersey Shore star says he’s been saving every penny because he knows one day his 15 minutes will be up.
Somewhere, a broke Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are sighing.
“I know that there’s a beginning and an end to everything. I’m very conscious of that, so I save all my money,” 30-year-old Sitch tells In Touch.
“Any crazy stuff I have – the Ferraris and Lambos – those things were either gifted or came from endorsements. I haven’t wasted my money.”

Andy Cohen to Make Bank for Upcoming Memoir

Andy Cohen is stuck talking to the likes of Teresa Giudice and Camille Grammer for a living, but the Bravo host can rest happily at night… with dollar signs dancing around in his head!
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cohen has signed a “low seven figure” deal to publish a memoir.
It will be “about my intersections with pop culture over the years, from growing up in front of the TV as a kid in St. Louis to my years at CBS News, all the way up to today,” the executive says. “The stories I’ve been saving up are funny and improbable and really define who I am today.”

We’re just one day away from the fourth season premiere of Jersey Shore, and you know what that means: drama, laundry and… flats?
“The worst thing was the cobblestone roads and walking in heels,” Sammi complained to TV Guide about filming it Italy. “I had to buy a lot of flats, which I would probably never wear in Jersey.”

Effing Snooki Blames Car Crash on Faulty Brakes

Effing Snooki.
The Jersey Shore train wreck may have caused an auto accident that sent two police officers to the hospital in Florence, Italy, but she says fans shouldn’t blame her – obviously, because she’s always on the ball – just the car.
“The brakes weren’t really working in our Fiat,” Snooki, a.k.a. Nicole Polizzi, says. “They were, like, old. I tried to use the brakes and they didn’t work.”
“So to avoid the cops, I ran right into a wall so I didn’t hurt anybody.”

Judge to Lindsay Lohan: Get Your $h!t Together!!

Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear today that she is unimpressed with Lindsay Lohan and her progress, or lack thereof, in completing her probation.
The actress was reamed out at a progress hearing and told that she had better complete her community service within a year of sentencing – or else.
“I’m not going to give five extra minutes,” she said, adding, “I don’t want to hear, ‘Oh, I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of a John Gotti movie.’”
The judge was frustrated that in two months since she somehow avoided jail for stealing a necklace, Lindsay has completed just four days

Apparently the photo of Lindsay Lohan having her chest clutched by Spencer Falls isn’t the most controversial image of the actress this weekend.
The owners of the jewelry store where Lohan stole that necklace are at war with a guy who was trying to hawk the surveillance tape of it.
A lawsuit appears imminent, according to TMZ.
Geoff and Sofia Kaman, owners of the infamous Kamofie & Company jewelry store, hired a broker, Christopher Spencer, to shop the surveillance tape.

Vinny Guadagnino has returned to Jersey Shore. His self-imposed hiatus at home on Staten Island lasted roughly 10 days, but he’s reportedly back in the mix.
The reality star enjoyed dinner and drinks over the weekend in Seaside Heights with his roommates, who banded together in an attempt to woo him back.

Last week, Vinny Guadagnino peaced out abruptly in the middle of filming, walking out of the house, heading home to Staten Island and not coming back.
Now reports say The Situation has done the same.
Sources say Sitch (real name Mike Sorrentino) abandoned his costars and decided to head home early: “Mike walked off the show. He’s so over the whole thing … I don’t think he’s coming back. Everyone in the house is so unhappy.”

Pauly D: Jersey Shore Cast "Irreplaceable"

Despite reports of their imminent replacement at the end of the next season’s filming, the Jersey Shore cast is not going anywhere just yet.
“I think we’re irreplaceable,” Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio said Friday.
At an appearance at the Palms in Vegas, he adds, “I don’t think they could replace us. They’d just be people trying to be like us, anyway.”
On Friday, MTV denied the reports, with a spokesman they have “no plans to recast the show,” which recently finished filming Season 4 in Italy.
