Lawyers for Mel’s baby mama are going after Gibson in their ongoing custody fight / family law case, asking for a hearing on whether Mel hit her.

Kate Plus 8 Premiere Date Announced

Despite the objections of Jon Gosselin, Kate Plus 8 returns to the airwaves with all-new episodes beginning Monday April 4, TLC announced Tuesday.
In the hour-long season premiere, the infamous reality mom takes her eight kids on their most far-flung journey to date (one that Jon tried to halt).

Lindsay Lohan to Sue Jewelry Store For Profiting Off Security Footage

Sensing a legal opening along with a chance to cause misdirection and play the victim, Lindsay Lohan is going to sue Kamofie & Company jewelry store.
Why? She claims they had no legal standing to sell the infamous surveillance tape and that Lohan never licensed the rights to use her image for profit.
Kamofie sold the rights to distribute the tape to the Associated Press for at least $40,000. Lindsay says it’s just proof they’re using her to cash in.

Ronnie Magro Pleads Not Guilty to Assault

That’s one felony charge, G! Ronnie Magro told a judge today he’s not guilty of third degree assault, stemming from his infamous fight on Jersey Shore.
Ronnie entered a plea in Ocean County Criminal Court, where he was arraigned for knocking Stephen Izzo out with “one shot” back in September 2009.
His next court date is set for April 7. Here’s the fight in question:

Kanye West pulled a Kanye West and trash talked Britney Spears and her #1 single, “Hold it Against Me,” on Twitter. Jokingly, we think. Mostly.
“Yo Britney, I’m really happy for you and I’mma let you be #1, but me and Jay-Z’s single is one of the best songs of all time! LOL,” Kanye wrote.
West’s Tweet, of course, is a reference to his infamous Taylor Swift MTV VMA speech hijacking and to Kanye’s new song “H.A.M.” (featuring Jay-Z).
While West later removed the Tweet, Spears’ manager Adam Leber appeared none too impressed when he responded on the pop singer’s behalf.
