Sacha Baron Cohen just kicked the 2012 Academy Awards in the ash.
Arriving on the red carpet dressed as Admiral Aladeed – his character from The Dictator – the actor chatted up E!’s Ryan Seacrest for a bit before bringing attention to the urn in his hands, which Cohen said contained the ashes of late North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il.
“It was his dream to come to the Oscars and to be sprinkled on the red carpet and over Halle Berry’s chest again,” the star said, before “accidentally” spilling the ashes all over the E! News host.

Lady Gaga has signed on for a guest spot on The Simpsons, according to EW. Better yet, she’s already recorded the voiceovers for her role this season!
In “Lisa Goes Gaga,” the singer makes a pit stop in Springfield after learning that it’s teeming with low self-esteem. There, she winds up trying to cheer up a dejected Lisa through the power of speech, song, and a flash mob.
Obviously. Here’s Lady Gaga recording her lines yesterday:

Tracy Morgan is beloved by millions for the crazy things he says on 30 Rock and in real life. But has the comedian gone too far?
During a performance last Friday night in Nashville, the actor went off on the gay community. It would be one thing if he had original, funny jokes to crack, but it’s unclear where the humor was meant to lie in the following statements:
- “Gays need to quit being pussies and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying.
- “Gay is something that kids learn from the media and programming.”
- My son “better talk to me like a man and not in a gay voice or
Glee took some hilarious shots at Lindsay Lohan last night, courtesy of Gwyneth Paltrow’s substitute Spanish teacher character. Dina Lohan is far from pleased.
The episode, which you can read all about in our TV site’s Glee review, didn’t just ridicule the troubled star for no reason. “The Substitute” actually had a point.
Gwyneth’s character later talked about how she tries to relate to the students, maintaining attention spans with the aid of these crazy antics …
That’s tough math in any language!
Nevertheless, Lindsay Lohan’s mom and siblings don’t see the humor, calling it “shameful”More >

Saturday Night Live star Keenan Thompson has come a long way since his days of Keenan and Kel. Not only is he more recognized by a larger audience now, but he also looks terrific in a sequined green dress.
Okay actually he looks atrocious in any type of dress, but in that funny “oh my god did he just do that” type of way. Keenan dressed up like country crooner Reba McEntire for this year’s CMT Music Awards and as expected he had the room in stitches.
