Never one to be shy about her obsession for pot (see video of Lady Gaga smoking weed onstage), she says ARTPOP will not be produced under its influence.
“No weed on Artpop. No,” Gaga revealed in a chat with fans last week … at least not in the studio. “Weed in the bathtub though. Hahaha,” she joked.

Chick-fil-A Opening in California Draws Protest by Gay Marriage Supporters

Unlike the cities of Boston and Chicago, Laguna Hills did not place a ban on the opening of Chick-fil-A in its area. But perhaps it now wishes it had.
A new store in that town was greeted this morning by protestors from the Orange County Gay and Lesbian Community Services Center, holding signs and calling for boycotts of the chain whose President has come out against gay marriage.

Katherine Jackson, the mother of legendary artist Michael Jackson, has been reported as missing. But the case is anything but clear cut.
Katherine’s nephew Trent filed the report with the the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office, claiming he has not heard from his aunt in over a week, but Jermaine Jackson responded to the claim by sending the following Tweet:

Media Fail: CNN, Fox News Erroneously Report Health Care Law Struck Down

The Supreme Court upheld Obamacare and its individual insurance mandate today, although Fox News and CNN apparently expected a different outcome.
They were so surprised, they reported it was struck down!
Many in the media expected the Supreme Court to throw out the 2010 Affordable Care Act, but no one officially knew until the ruling at 10:15 Thursday.
Looks like CNN and Fox News jumped the gun. Fail.
The Supreme Court’s 5-4 ruling established that the law, which mandates citizens have health insurance, is constitutional, since not doing so results in a tax.

One is a young white male who is easy on the eyes and plays the guitar. In other words: the same exact pedigree as the last four winners.
The other has a beautiful voice and hasn’t been afraid all year long of tacking such major artists as Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. She’s responsible for the single most memorable American Idol performance of the season.

The issue is reportedly substance abuse. Law enforcement sources say a 911 call was placed at 10:45 p.m. Monday night, with paramedics responding to Demi’s L.A. home.
After being assessed for a half hour, Demi Moore was transported to a local hospital. The 49-year-old is being placed in a facility to “seek further professional assistance.”
