In another sad twist in her life since finding fame ‘Teen Mom’ star Amber Portwood was rushed to an Indiana ER this morning following a possible suicide attempt.
The 21-year old was found unconscious at her home around mid-day with a rope around her neck and was transported to St. Johns Hospital in Anderson, Indiana for treatment. She later admitted to staff she had also swallowed a mixture of pills.
Amber’s part-time boyfriend, Gary Shirley spoke to Amber this morning by phone and grew concerned at her state of mind. His mother later visited Amber’s home, found her slumped on the couch and

Gossip rags: be disappointed. As expected, NFL player Bret Lockett finally admits he never met with Kim Kardashian. Despite spreading rumors of his so-called affair behind Kris Humphries’ back, the lawsuit threats must be getting to him.
In an interview with CNN, Lockett tried to come clean. When asked if he was ever in a “physical relationship” with Kim, Lockett said what he meant by that was she claimed to be touching herself in variety of ways while talking to him (presumably over the phone).
“But was it a physical relationship meaning I saw her in person? No.”

In a rare illustration of Hollywood’s more caring side news is emerging that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have donated $500,000 to support those now rebuilding their lives after the recent tornadoes in Joplin, Missouri.
Brad, 47, and his 36-year old partner made the generous donation to the ‘Community Foundation of the Ozarks.’ Their gift will support long-term rebuilding in the wind-ravaged region of Jasper County where from a population of just 45,000 people, 142 lost their lives in the life-shredding storm of May 22nd.

Popular ‘30 Rock’ star Tracy Morgan is at the center of a firestorm of reaction this morning after he made a string of homophobic jokes at a performance in Nashville last week.
During his show at the Ryman Auditorium Tracy, 42, said gay men needed to “quit being p**sies” and not complain about being bullied.
“Gay is something kids learn from the media and programming,” he told the crowd, then went on to explain that his own son “better talk to me like a man….or I’ll pull out a knife and stab that little n*****r to death.”

First it was Tim McGraw and Nelly, then it was Taylor Swift and T Pain, and now it’s Jason Aldean and Ludacris. The separate worlds of hip hop and country collided Wednesday night at the annual CMT Awards.
What started at as a subdued performance of his hit single “Dirt Road Anthem,” Aldean broke out into a country rap. But the surprise came moments later when Ludacris dropped some rhymes for the crowd. Ending the performance with “History has been made bay-bee!”

In the ongoing drama that became their divorce Kelsey Grammer and ex-wife, Camille Donatacci are on course for a custody trial over their two children, Mason and Jude.
In a preliminary meeting this morning an LA Judge ordered the attorneys for the pair to return to court on August 9th for an evidentiary hearing.
Kelsey’s attorney, Lance Spiegel wanted 120-days to do a custody evaluation but Camille’s attorney, Neal Hersh found that unacceptable and the Judge promptly agreed.
